So virus or not it was a médiocre service, they don't care about giving basic information or welcoming new customers/ walk in. I saw the store since I live near by but I wouldn't be surprised if they go bankrupt soon. They have so many complaints about customer service... for new entrepreneur it should be mandatory to have a 101 customer service. Being the owner doesn't give you the right to be rude and unprofessional telling people they don't understand to keep their distance, to go somewhere else and get out of your store.When is a really small shop, all doors open with already 5 ppl in it.... That's what I get for trying to encourage local stores. When you refused to answer a simple question about your fees or how long it's gonna take before getting serve ... Definitely never going back there! And if you respond to this, know that fortunately ppl actually read and rely on personal experience like this reviews. And all your expertise" is pretty worthless without customers so keep that in mind next time you have that kind of attitude towards someone Karma can be a real bi**!Better go to CYCLE ACTION Sport real great service and guess what even if I had to wait for like 30 min at least it was professional. The store take real measures with the covid they even desinfected all bikes one by one

I had gotten into a bike accident and twisted my front tire. I brought it in to Martin and he fixed it on the spot for me. I'm not sure how he does his service usually, but I really appreciated this. He had my bike fixed within 20 minutes of walking in the shop and took time to do things that weren't included in the wheel change price. He took a look at the rest of my bike and made a few minor adjustments as well. I'm very impressed by the expediency and friendliness of the service. The price is justified by the exceptional service. I highly recommend Martin Rosebloom Velo.

Very good experience, staff is really knowledgeable and generous with their time and advices. Theyll let you know what's the best option for you and it's not necessarily the most expensive one. On a side note, unfortunately almost nothing in store for runners.

Purchased an E-bike from them this weekend. I went in with a model in mind and walked out with another they recommended. Couldn't have been any happier. The bike is amazing. The knowledge and the info given to me by the staff was over satisfaction. Very patient they wanted to make sure I walked out happy and with the best bike for my needs.I would certainly recommend this place.Have a great selection.

I live basically next door to Martin's bike shop so when I had a bike accident, I brought my damaged road bike to try the place. Martin was able to fix my crank and handlebars instead of just telling me to buy new and expansive parts. My bike was like new! Since then, I always bring my road bike and XC bike for tune ups!The service is good and generally very fast!

Poor experience, it feels as if my bike was not noble enougth for him to put his hands on it. If you dont plan on buying a bike you wont be welcome.A couple months ago he fixed my bike for 20$. the same part broke again a couple weeks ago. i went to the shop and he explain that the same fix will require a 80$ charges. his argument was that you have to encourage the crafters" whatever that meansArrogant and pretentious. i love biking

Staff was very friendly, and eager to answer all my questions. Service was quick and the pricing fair. I return here often for all my cycling needs. Would recommend to others in a heartbeat.

Amazing bike shop! Owner is attentive and very knowledgeable. No pressure staff, I've never been up-sold, always looked at fixing before replacing. Very fair prices on labor. Work is always done very well, staff always goes the extra mile and the owner builds a great wheel! I've been biking for 25 years, this is the best shop for overall maintenance I've ever been to. I've brought multiple projects from beaters to Chris King, to seized parts to wheel builds to weird bottom bracket/ crank problems and it always gets figured out. A1++
