Rating: ★★☆☆☆I have been a loyal customer of KFC for years, enjoying their crispy fried chicken and delicious sides. However, I am compelled to express my disappointment with my recent experiences at the local KFC outlet.On two separate occasions, part of my order was missing when I returned home to enjoy my meal. While mistakes can happen, it is concerning that this has occurred twice, suggesting a pattern of inattention or disorganization.Compounding the frustration, when I attempted to contact the KFC location to rectify the situation, my calls went unanswered. It is disappointing to encounter such poor customer service from an established brand like KFC, and it leaves me questioning their commitment to addressing customer concerns.Despite my long-standing appreciation for KFC's food, the repeated issues with incomplete orders and the inability to reach anyone for assistance have significantly impacted my overall satisfaction. I hope that KFC management takes note of these concerns and implements the necessary improvements to regain customer trust and confidence. Until then, I am hesitant to return and may seek alternative options for my fried chicken cravings.

It's obvious that the employees never had Nachos in there life , or didn't learn how to make them professionally its such a shame on the international students who don't responsibly take there jobs professionally. Only the top layers had toppings the rest just chips. Worst nachos in my life. Actually after reading the other reviews the manager needs to be fired also the owner needs to be doubt with from the franchise headquarters, im definitely taking this up with head office.

The food was spectacularly poor. The staff actually cooking the food had attitude. The popcorn chicken was soft and pale, the tenders were oddly shaped and not crispy. The only thing that made the experience bearable was the cashier.

So I had bought a 10 piece bucket from today kfc today in the noon and see the pictures please, so much of oil was removed from just 2 pieces of chicken, this is not something good for our health and this sucks, very poor food quality and I am very disappointed with this food quality,I don't know why KFC has become this bad nowdaysI'm definitely not leaving this here, I'll report it to health department for sure.If anybody has major issues, I definitely do not recommend this place.Thank you

Purchased a bucket with fries and gravy. The chicken batter is different now it doesn’t taste the same and the chicken was over cooked. Fries were fine but the gravy was like salted brown water. Wasn’t thick at all. Will not be going here again.

Passed by last March 28 before noon for lunch with my family after an appointment from another city and decided to dine in as we always just do take out on this location. There's just a few customers seated. Staff are fairly busy doing orders and was just glancing so I waited a bit to have my order taken. Saw their new extra crispy chicken bucket meal and ordered the the 10 piece with the sides. While waiting, the other crew called and told me that there's a bit of time to wait for their regular fried chicken, but she can give me right away, the extra crispy one since it's available and I said that we ordered the extra crispy one. I checked my receipt and realized that the cashier mistakenly put the wrong order of regular 10 pc chicken bucket meal.When we got our order and started eating, we realized we're given only 9 pieces chicken on the bucket. So we showed staff and she gave us additional chicken. Was disappointed too with the biscuit as it doesn't look buttery and looks like it was missing a minute of time from the microwave.Wanted to use washroom right after we arrived the restaurant but it was so dirty and clogged. We informed and requested staff but until we finished eating and left, it wasn't cleaned.Don't really know what happened with the staff on that shift, but they look like they're tired, serious and haven't really seen them smile to greet us or the other customers.Hoping to have a positive response the next time we visit there as their extra crispy chicken really taste good and crispy.

Horrendous. Chicken sandwich was stale, cold, hard and missing all items but the chicken which was cold and awful. Some type of stale, rancid sauce that I wouldn’t touch with a barge pole was smeared on the bun. Root beer was a cup of water with a bit of Diet Coke in it. Rude. Unpleasant. Just drove away and threw the food out. Never, EVER, going back. Defies description.

Don't think I have ever been as annoyed as I am right now. I ordered 6 famous chicken sandwiches for my family. Firstly, their chicken inside the sandwiches are way over 2 hours old. You can tell they just been sitting in the oven for long. Probably was put in when they opened the store in the morning. Secondly, when they realized they didn't have enough of the patties for the sandwiches, they gave me 2 zinger patties instead. You can tell by the picture the huge difference. They tried to hide it by putting it at the bottom. To make it worse, the zinger sandwiches were also super old. I used to work at kfc and I know when sandwiches have been sitting in the oven too long. These should have definitely been discarded. Than I went and saw the last couple of messages and they are all 1 stars. I'm not sure what else the head office and district manager need to see before they realize they got a failing location. Please re-staff and retrain. Not that I care, will never come back to this location. If your thinking of ordering here, don't. Just go across the street to Mary Browns. Their sandwiches are amazing and made fresh.

Ordered from the app for order pick up. Storefront is close at 9pm but website says 11pm close, we need to go in the drive thru and wait another 30 minutes. This place terrible. If you're not going to use your store front I know couple people owns food truck. Contact me. What a waste of space.
