From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm smile and a friendly hello. The staff was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful, answering all of my questions and providing me with all the information I needed to make an informed decision.The dealership itself was immaculate, with a wide selection of luxury vehicles to choose from. The staff took the time to show me around and even let me take a test drive in my dream car. They were patient and understanding, never once making me feel rushed or pressured.What really stood out to me was the level of attention and care that the staff provided. They went above and beyond to ensure that I was completely satisfied with my purchase, even following up with me after the sale to make sure everything was going smoothly.Overall, I cannot recommend this luxury car dealership enough. I just want to thank David and Mark, as well as Jennifer for delivering my dream car, a Maserati Gran Turismo MC Centennial. As a sales person myself you come to appreciate good sales people who are passionate about their job and products. My experience with Sherwood Motors goes back a year ago when I lost a bid on one of their Maserati's. I asked them to keep me in-mind if they came across a similar car. Fast forward a year later, I receive a call from David that they have a special and difficult to find MC Centennial. I had an offer with another Maserati pending safety inspection. They knew I was so passionate about the brand that they wanted me to have this car. They gave me an exclusive window to negotiate for the MC. We came to an agreement but I was still nervous I was buying a car sight un-scene. They assured me that the car was in immaculate condition and breathtaking. They were wrong. They under promised. The car is absolutely intoxicating. Literally, the car is in show room conditions and a BEAST to drive. Ultimately, I trusted them thousands of miles away. They made me feel comfortable and I can sense they were genuine that I should have this special car. Once again, thank you to the TEAM at Sherwood! I have my dream Maserati!!!!

I had the best experience purchasing a vehicle from Sherwood Motorcars. From the get go I was treated with respect and Nick was an absolute dream to deal with! I didn't feel the usual pressure that one might get at a car dealership and usually purchasing a vehicle is so stressful. Not at all in this case. Friendly, professional, and helpful in all ways! I purchased a used vehicle and they STILL gave me the royal treatment. There was one issue with the vehicle that they promptly offered to fix. I will always recommend them and hope to do business with them in the future.

Super! 7 stars!!I have been to several car dealerships in Edmonton over the years. Most of them had one thing in common, that is once you step in you get that eerie feeling.But Sherwood Motorcars is a completely different place. The showroom is cozy and packed with exotic and fancy cars that makes you WOW! You would only see 1 or 2 staff at a distance and they let you wander freely but ready to help at any moment. They’re very welcoming and genuinely friendly. They give you all the time to ask questions and go over the details of the vehicle you want with no pressure or tricky tactics. Dari was my sales consultant and he was awesome. He showed me the vehicle and gave me all the time to ask questions and took me for a test drive. The negotiations were so relaxed and I ended up signing the bill of sale in a couple of hours. They surprised me with a nice ceremony when I came to pick up the car.Sherwood Motorcars is good place to buy a vehicle and the staff are all friendly and welcoming.
