Toddler area was over run by big kids. Literally had to watch my kid like a hawk to make sure no one would bump into her, and this was a Monday around noon! I can only imagine what the weekend is like.There was also a hair in my banana bread.We didn’t stay long.

Everytime I take my son here he gets severely sick, I thought maybe it was just a fluke but no, I took him in March the next day he was throwing up and had runs so bad it was leaving puddles on my floor… again I take him this last week and the same sickness returns. My friends daughter also got covid from here months ago. I would steer clear if you want ur kids to not get sick.

Due to the heavy forest fire smoke I was looking for a place to take my 7&8 year old's while in Edmonton for something else. We were there for 2.5 hours and they had a great time. It was busy but still lots of room and places to go. We will probably be back even though it's an 1hour and 15 minute drive.

Big shout out to the gentleman who works there today! I accidentally lost my wedding ring when playing with my kids. After sharing the situation with him, he helped me search and was able to find it for me. I’m truly grateful for his kindness and help! We take our kids here every time we come to Edmonton. Kids always enjoy playing here. Great staff and friendly environment.

An amazing place that kids can just go be kids.... They have slides and a climbing wall and so much more. Really secure just to let the kids run around. Very friendly staff and a small cafeteria to have a bite to eat if you want. They even have alcohol free beer for when dads get bored!It's kept very clean and it's professionally sanitized regularly. Best place I've seen for kids to play since I've moved to Edmonton. Highly recommend!

Great for older kids, but not very good for toddlers.The toddler section is set up ok, but there are no staff supervising. As a result there are more kids over 3 than under, some clearly 10+. Their parents are plugged into their mobile devices, so unless you want to be 'that parent' trying to remind everyone it is for under 36 months, you will have to keep an extra close eye on your little one and be prepared to jump in and save them if the older kids get too rowdy.If you have older kids and need somewhere for them to burn off energy while you catch up on Netflix and social media, this appears to be the perfect place to take them.The staff are friendly and I like the security in place to ensure children can only leave with their parents. I will be looking for somewhere else though either with a seperate toddler section or staff supervising in future.

Went here with my 3 yr old son. Overall a fine clean place that is economical. However the amenities are geared towards older children. A lot of the slides felt dangerous for 3 year olds.

Very clean facility! My 7 yo twins like the variety of play structures (trampolines, slides, climbing ropes, floor video games). I like the friendly, helpful staff. I asked one of them to turn down the music and they obliged in a kind way.

We had the best time here with our friends today. We’ve been to Amazone a few times but this place is quite a bit closer to us so we tried it out and it’ll be our new go to place from now on.The staff was all wonderful, especiallythe woman who was working in the kitchen today. Always had a smile on her face and was really patient.The food was good and it’s all baked, not deep-fried so I liked that. I see some negative reviews about the food but we aren’t going to a kids play place for a gourmet meal so I’ve gotta say we were satisfied. The kids and I gobbled up Mac and cheese bites and pizza. We also bought some mini donuts to take home! They’ve got lots seating with benches and chairs and also lots of high chairs.The bathroom had a kids toilet and sink which my two year old just loved and when I told a staff member they were out of toilet paper she refilled it immediately.The play area is big with lots to climb and explore with huge slides and even two big trampolines. We were there for three hours but my kids would have been happy to stay longer if it wasn’t time for bed.Fantastic experience all around. We’ll be back soon! Keep up the good work guys!!

Staff was friendly and the facility is full of things to do. It was a fun couple of hours for my toddlers. Only thing I did not appreciate was the lack of supervision of the toddler area. It says up to 36 months but there were 7-8 year olds in there throwing blocks in the ball pit at my toddler and were injuring the kids in there. I blame the parents for not supervising their kids but with the amount of staff at the front of the building you’d think they could enforce some rules so everyone feels as though they got their moneys worth. I felt unsafe with my toddlers and lead us to leave sooner than we wanted to.
