Would highly recommend using Tyson for any case. My boyfriend and I had a Parks Canada case we wanted to fight and Tyson is super friendly, knows the court system well and also has lots of experience dealing with Parks Canada. He was more than willing to discuss the case with me and offer support, which means a lot, especially when you are a stressed out student. I would highly recommend giving him a call if you have any regulatory or non-traffic related/criminal cases!

Don't hire this rude and extremely unethical lawyer who tries to overcharge clients, and ignore his lie (below) about how he and I previously had an hour-long phone call." An hour? Really? How dishonest! He'll also talk you into accepting his flat-fee pricing strategy because he knows your matter might not end up before the courts but he's going to charge you as much as if your matter were to go to court. This lawyer also missed our 4 pm phone appointment
