Every time I go there thinking they won't have what I'm looking for, because it's a small store, they surprise me! I rarely have to go down to the big stores anymore! So glad to have a hardware store in Walnut Grove!

The staff are absolutely wonderful. They're knowledgeable, polite, and professional. Although it is a smaller store, they can easily order in most items. It's always a pleasure dealing with the employees, and I always go there first before any other similar retailer.

Very nice staff there, lots of choices and the products are well organized.Updated: Now, having resided in Walnut Grove for approximately two years, I am convinced that this store surpasses all others. The staff is genuinely committed to assisting customers with their concerns, boasting an extensive understanding of various problems and their corresponding solutions. A recent incident exemplifies their exceptional service. Today, when I encountered a leakage problem, three staff members promptly converged to guide me through the proper usage of a crimp tool, generously offering invaluable suggestions along the way. My problem got solved, thanks a lot

Great staff, engaged and humorous. I was greeted as soon as I walked in and asked if I could be helped. I asked for a specific item and was given exact directions as the staff member needed to answer the phone and another customer was approaching the tills. Excellent stock choices for a smaller store, definitely no need to go into Langley proper unless larger items or quantity are needed.

Love this place! When you need help, there is actually staff ready to help; and they're knowledgeable. If you phone them to check if they have a product in, someone actually answers your call right away. And they stock good quality products.

I came here this evening looking for of all things RCA cables (young people will probably have to google that rofl). I thought I would be laughed out of the store. The two gentleman working this evening were very polite and so helpful. If I'm ever looking for anything hardware or building related I will definitely be bringing them my business. Kudos!

Small hardware shop still had what u was looking for in 2 diffrent brands. Very much appreciated the cashier being kind n9thing but good vibes. Would recommend stopping in for any home improvement needs
