I have been going to this office for 4 years and never had a problem. Our original dentist was understanding and caring he sadly retired.My autistic daughter had 4 small cavities when we started going there and I was told they were small and in baby teeth and it was best to just keep watching them.A couple weeks ago I was there with her and the woman doing her cleaning was extremely rude she lectured my daughter about not doing good enough and myself about proper dental care and when I explained she is autistic the reply I got was rude that I need to do better and autism is no excuse. As she was cleaning my daughter moved her head a bit and the woman told her to stay still because it’s making her job harder.She did X-rays on my daughter and left the vest on her after and started cleaning the camera with my daughter having sensory issues and the weight being a trigger I lifted it off my kid before she got upset and the woman rudely told me I should not have because she does things a special order. Had I not removed it it would have left my kid under it another 5 minutes she would have melted down.She then told me that she needed fillings “I expected this at some point and explained the old dentist had told me about the cavities and suggested we watch them. I never questioned her ability to say they were bigger I was simply explaining what I had been told.When the dentist came in the first thing he did was tell me how amazing this woman is at her job and how that’s why she has the job she has. Again I didn’t question her ability so this was completely uncalled for. He then tells me my kid will be sent to sleep dentist “right infront of my 7 year old” to be put to sleep for fillings.When I asked if we could try in office because she has never had work done before other then cleaning and she has always done amazing and I would like to at least give her a chance to try. I was told no she needs extensive work done.We ended up leaving without completing the visit.I have since brought her to a new dentist and This week they have completed her “extensive” work this involved 2 small fillings that my daughter completed with no freezing, no gas, in office in and out within 20 minutes and she had zero issues.Victoria dental was not willing to even let her try they jumped all over sending her away and putting her to sleep and the conversation about this infront of my child caused her upset and fear. These conversations should never happen infront of a child and lecturing her on how she needs to do better the way they did was unnecessary my daughter tries hard as do I we do our best and for this woman to speak to us the way she did was hurtful to my daughter and had my daughter extremely upset with her self she kept telling me she doesn’t do good no child should be made to feel this way. The people in this office “not all because we have had many amazing people here” but some need to learn care and compassion. Maybe do some classes on autism and how to better accommodate children like this.Maybe give people a chance and listen instead of being rude and disrespectful and dismissive.

I love going. Getting my teeth cleaned is like a trip to the spa. The whole experience is gentle and non-judgmental. Everyone is extremely friendly, especially Sherry. Even on other visits when I’ve needed work done, the experience was quick and painless.

Dr. Kim is a caring, honest and dedicated dentist. He cares about his patients and works to ensure the best quality of service he can.We had an emergency procedure, he fit us in and thoroughly went through his exam and follow up. I am very happy with his work and highly recommend him.

The staff has always been friendly and knowledgeable. They listen and address any of my concerns I couldn't be happier with the care I've received over the years.

I had Emily as my hygienist this visit, and she was so lovely! Keep up the amazing job!

Victoria Dentalhouse have very professional, knowledgeable, caring and compassionate staff.In all of the years that I and my granddaughter have been going there we have always been met with a friendly smile.I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Emily was awesome, cared deeply about her patience wishes; excellent use of the ultrasonic plaque clean tool and awesome that teeth polishing is back! Excellent Job Emily!!

I'm a nervous patient when going to the dentist but the staff was very friendly. I'd highly recommend these guys.
