It's nicely looked after but absolutely terribly put together ball diamond 1 has no outfield because of trees and another diamond literally in it's outfield. That along with zero protection of balls going flying out in the street (happened like 4 times in one game for us in slo pitch games) plus you have to park like 2 blocks away
