Ridiculously Small quantity for large size, charge extra for beansprouts, and taste.... not good. Wonder if they ever went to other pho places.. Long story short, Worst in Vancouver.

The food is great! Price is honest and not crazy skyrocketing like other businesses around! Service is good. Stuff friendly! Atmosphere is a bit sad, not really great considering furnitures, lighting etc. I usually go on my own and it feels a bit sad. However, I prefer this to the price increase for the same food, still great quality food, but the same! Overall I will suggest this place!

Very simple restaurant with good pho. Wasn't the best I've ever had but was good. Would go back. Ordered pho tai (rare beef) and seafood in chicken broth. Spring rolls were ok, salad rolls were big and filling.

Good variety of main courses, not that much of appetizers, the quality of food is amazing and the portions are big. Worth what is paid for.The only problem is that they serve whatever is ready, the appetizers might come after the entree. But a good experience

Pho Central has been my go-to ever since it was located at its last location across the street when it was just a hole in the wall. Always consistently tasty, generous portions and good prices.However the last few times i've ordered from here, the portion sizes has been super stingy and small on all fronts and they especially cheap out on the meat to about half the portion they used to give.The mango salad is literally half the size of what it used to be on a tiny plate for 10 dollars.Prices are very high, averaging 18-19 dollar a plate now. So i'd definitely expect a good portion size for that price (and feel full after!). The last time few times i ordered, once a lemon grass chicken and rice and then other time a lemon grass vermicelli bown with spring roll and wasn't even full both times.I'm not sure if this place is under new ownership but unfortunately price gouging and having not much to show for it is going to turn people away. It's a shame because the food and service is good but i can't justify these those tiny portions for the price.

Went in hoping to get a pho with tendons but they were out. This already killed the mood. Ordered a pho with rare beef and balls with shrimp appetizer. The servers were friendly but when the main dish comes way before the appetizer it kind of ruins the setting. Was mediocre food that gets the job done.

I wish i could say Cảm ơn after I swung by this place on lunch whilst cruising around Davie. I opted for the Hủ Tiếu Rau Cai (Veggie Tofu Noodle Soup) Regular size which was one experience to definitely forget.The fresh chillis I asked for were mushy and expired produce, the portion size is super stingy in terms of veggies and Tofu, I'd hate to think what you get for your money in the small bowl.. the Tofu also tasted sweet somehow and kinda like a donut.The servers also do a pho-nomenal houdini impression and I'd recommend bringing your own water.Sorry to bash but I have to be honest and felt taken advantage of. You cannot seriously justify four bucks to me for that pathetic amount of side veggies.

Very good pho. I love the location, and the food as well. I liked the rare beef and brisket. The small is great for one person. I also tried the egg, condensed milk and soda drink. It was surprisingly good, too.

Tasty and cheap. They had a vegan pho with imitation shrimp that was yummy. And the sour plum soda was interesting and fresh!
