If you are going to operate a Tim Hortons you should know what is on the menu and be able to serve customers. Never had such a terrible experience. Had to ask six times and they still did not get it right. Should not be in business if you can't do simple things like serve food correctly. Waste of money and incompetent staff. Unbelievable.

Typical gas station Tim Hortons, perfect for stopping for gas, snacks, and a coffee. Not a standalone location, so the bathrooms are what you’d expect from one of these joints. Would stop again next time I’m heading this way.

There is no reason I should be stuck in the drive through for fifteen minutes at lunch because for whatever reason it took that long to make one single sandwich for the person two cars ahead of me. Figure out a “drive ahead and we’ll bring it out for you” situation because that was ridiculous. And top it off without a single acknowledgement or apology from staff for the extended and seemingly nonsense delay.

Ordered egg and cheese on English muffin, told just egg and cheese. We got our sandwiches with patties on it. Went back to get new one crew took out patty and gave back, I work in a restaurant. Customer service is first priority. But this tim Hortons is one of the worst in North America. You people grow up and get trained properly. Talking rude to customers don’t take you anywhere. I left my food at the counter itself and paid full amount.

I stop by from time to time, awesome tim hortons staff every time, right beside the highway with gas pumps and truck and bus parking as well. Friendly gas station staff as well.

This is one of the only Tim Hortons that always gets my order right! The drive through staff in the morning are always friendly. The only reason I can't give 5 stars is because there is something about the coffee that tastes odd, unlike any other Times I have been to. It could just be the water used to brew it.

I’ve been going to this location for years and never usually have a problem but this morning we ordered 2 steak and egg sandwiches, one with light sauce and specially asked them to mark the one with light sauce, girl at the window gave us the sandwiches and they weren’t marked, when we asked for them to be marked the person making them told the girl at the window serving us “they’ll find out when they open them”. It’s this kind of arrogance that gives Tim Hortons and its workers a bad reputation. I’m not trying to be a Karen complaining for the sake of complaining, I worked in food service for many years and in the last few years the customer service in the entire industry has been terrible in general, but especially when it comes to Tim Hortons staff, and it’s not just at this location either

Not the best at making themselves look closed.April 25th, observed MULTIPLE vehicles attempt the drive thru... drive thru window has hours posted from before COVID-19 (10pm close) & a small piece of paper stating new hours.Drive thru is still lit up and signs are on. No staff..

I didn't have food,, but the staff was amazing and the price of fuel was definitely reasonable
