Terrible customer service. Shower installed but caulking leaked. Took 2 weeks to come back. Glass door dropped at the top and was rubbing on the glass frame. Called them asking for assistance. No response or help from them despite numerous emails and phone messages.Would not recommend this business.

First class (glass?) job! From the first moment, this place takes care of everything well. They come and measure first, then install quickly and efficiently. They didn't even blink when I made a last minute (and not minor) change to the plan, and the fixtures match the others in the bathroom. I did some research, and their price was very reasonable. They will be doing our 2nd bathroom shortly. Thanks so much R.B., Julia and the crew of N.V. Glass. We love the new bathroom!!

North Vancouver Glass came and measured the glass for a shower door with a slightly irregular size and had the door made to fit with installation in an efficient manner. They did a good job.

We wanted to replace our kitchen backsplash but were worried that removing the existing glass tiles might damage the cabinets and the countertop. Brian, from North Vancouver Glass, provided an elegant solution: a backpainted glass backsplash, in our choice of Benjamin Moore colour, applied directly over the existing tiles. The paint on the backpainted backsplash was evenly applied, with no darker or lighter areas. The dimensions had been meticulously measured and the glass fit perfectly. Even the seams (which were necessary) looked like a design feature. The entire installation took less than an hour and the backsplash gives the kitchen a whole new look. And with no grout lines it's easy to clean.Our new integrated sink/countertop vanities didn't come with backsplashes. We didn't want to introduce a new finish in small bathrooms that already had two different types of tile. North Van Glass installed backsplashes painted the same colour as the walls. Great design solution.Brian is a perfectionist and he takes enormous pride in his work. Their motto is Exceeding Expectations. He definitely exceeded mine.Excellent product and service at a competitive price. Definitely recommend.

I called a few glass companies and 2 came to take measurements for a custom glass tub enclosure. Bryan from North Vancouver Glass was more professional than the others so I chose to go with them. I ordered the Euro Tubby hinged panel and just over a week later Bryan arrived on the Saturday of a long weekend to install it and I don't live on the north shore. Not many companies would do that, and it's refreshing to have the owner of the company doing the installation. He also installed a mirror I had ordered online and did a great job of gluing it onto plywood backing, giving it an expensive dimensional quality. Really nice! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company.

North Vancouver Glass came to measure and install of a replacement of one balcony glass railing panel on Feb. 3, 2016. On July 30 and Aug 3, 2016, I phoned and emailed to inform Bryan Stauffer that the upper part of left side of the rubber strip came out hanging down almost 3/4 of the width of glass panel. He came to fix it in sometime in Aug. However, on October 5, 2016, I noticed that the upper right side of the rubber strip came out about 10. I phoned and emailed to inform Bryan along with picture showing its problem. i even point out the problem. The height of the glass panel is in question. It is little too small to the existing balcony opening. As to-date November 8

Ordered a large custom mirror. Awesome service!! They came and measured and in less than two weeks it was installed. Thanks RB & Bryan! Great job.

It's by appointment only. It's a glass/mirror cutting shop, not a doctor's office. Went there during work hours and nobody even bothered to answer the door (which was locked)
