I hired Urban Tree to remove two dying Flowering Plum trees as well as dead limb removal on a third. I found them to be professional and personable. They arrived on time and did everything to a high standard including a good cleanup - there was nothing left for me to do. They provided the most competitive quote of the four I received and I would happily use them again. I have no hesitation in recommending them.

I can't say enough good things about Jared and his crew. We've had them out three times, twice to prune our trees and once to remove a tree downed in a storm. On all three occasions, the team has been awesome. They're friendly and positive, answer all of our questions, do a fantastic job, and tidy up immaculately after themselves. The year following our first prune on overgrown fruit trees, we harvested 400lbs of apples from one tree, and all our trees are looking even healthier this year after a second prune. We'll definitely be hiring then again and can heartily recommend them to anyone else.

Extremely professional, friendly and skilled. I had a giant out of control cedar hedge in my backyard that needed a huge topping and trimming (at least 15ft). I called and they scheduled my job for the next week (!) and the entire crew of five guys were stellar. They listened to my concerns, were communicative and the clean up was perfect. I'm super impressed and will be calling them for all of my tree work in the future. Thank you!!

I recently had Urban Tree Care remove a large Eucalyptus tree on my property. Jared was super friendly and professional, and most importantly, for me, prompt. He communicated with me throughout the process and scheduled the work to meet my schedule, and arrived when he said he would. He and his crew made quick work of the removal and scheduled stump grinding a couple of days later. Jared made sure to protect plants from damage and even offered to transplant a couple of them for me. They chipped the branches, stacked the firewood, and left the yard cleaned up afterward.I would highly recommend Urban Tree Care for any tree work!Thanks Jared!

I simply Googled “tree removal Victoria, BC,” and came across Urban Tree Care. I called and received a quick response from Jared. He came out to give me a quote that was fair and reasonable. Fast, efficient, safe, hard working, entertaining to watch work, and priced almost too competitively. Could it be better?I would be surprised if there is anyone better to call for tree services in the Victoria area. We had to tip them heavily for the amazing job done. We will definitely call Urban Tree first for any further work we need done on any large trees. This job involved removing branches of a large fir that were putting weight on our electrical service lines.
