DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE (unless you have lots of time and money to waste).I took my Jeep here for an inspection on March 6, 2023. My inspection was good until the end of the month. They rejected it, put a sticker on, and quoted me $1907. + tax for the labour and parts (front and rear brake pads, front and rear brake rotors, emergency brake shoes, combo kit, rear upper control arms, and an alignment).I took it to my mechanic, who purchased the parts and did the work.I took it back up to be reinspected on March 21st. They rejected it again, stating the control arms needed to be on the rear (not upper).My mechanic put new ones on.I took it back up on April 3rd and they rejected it AGAIN, stating there was an issue with the rear left brake. I asked that they fix it then so we could have this dealt with as this was my third trip there and it’s a 20 minute commute each way. They advised they “didn’t have time today”, even though my appointment was for 4PM, I got there early (3:40PM) and by 3:50PM he told me the news. They close at 5PM.I took my jeep to another local shop today and it passed no problem. This mechanic said there was no issue with the brakes.I 100% believe they were taking advantage of a young lady, 0/10 would recommend this shop.
