The reception is the worst I’ve ever experienced. Firstly, they don’t answer the phone. I called as I drove over and was on hold the entire time. I came into the clinic still on hold but no phones were ringing and no receptionist was aware. Once told, they defended their position that they didn’t get a call and that the google reviews are lying.This receptionist then turned me away because my health card was expired despite having a critical injury in my hip that was prohibiting me from walking. I struggled to Service Ontario and back to get an appointment. As I was waiting the same receptionist let another person with an expired health card and very light cough “get away with it”.Incredibly disrespectful, uncaring, and lacking compassion. The doctor was fantastic though…

Thankfully we moved far away enough to NOT have to come to this clinic anymore. We advise any and all patients to disregard this clinic... if you can even call it that. OHIP FRAUD HAPPENING HERE ! BE WARNED !While waiting for the cardiologist appointment, who uses this clinic - we witnessed the front reception staff openly lie to a client that she could not answer his calls as they have a 7 line phone system. The whole time we sat here - almost 2 hours waiting - not one call was answered. There is one point about having bad customer / patient care , it is entirely a different thing to be rude, beligerant, and LIE to your patients. This place is supposed to be for health and wellness - this is the biggest falsity - bad management, bad staff, rude, lie to customers.Clearly when your staff and management do not know how to do their jobs - only THEN do you require 3 signs for a zero tolerance policy. If you know good customer retention, you would know to behave in a professional and courteous manner when discussing with patients. Beligerant and rude behaviour from the staff is evident when they feel the need to post zero tolerance posters all over the front desk. To witness the staff laughing at customers once they walk away is shocking.To say there is a language barrier is also false - coming from someone who speaks their language and witness to several customers who came in and discussed in their language - still to be lied to, beligerant, rude, and laughed at. Absolutely unprofessional code of conduct! This place needs to be actively reported.Also, we witnessed a patient ask for their prescription. The clinic went ahead and sent the patient's prescription to their resident pharmacy without the authorization of the patient. It is up to the patient who they choose for a pharmacy/pharmacist. The patient asked for his prescription 3x and was told he would have to pay for his prescription. This is inappropriate to ask a patient to pay for their prescription for medication - that is what OHIP is for. They are actively fraudulent. They only care about their money, and only accept cash as to not declare to CRA.This would be a highly red flagged, mismanaged, rude, unprofessional place I have ever seen - disgusting practice to see your patients as cash grabs and use their illness to profit at the expense of others.Shame shame shame for this clinic to operate like this. Businesses that are unprofessional that deal with people's health need to be publicly reviewed and avoided.Avoid this place at all costs.

I went today with a requisition for medication for my son. I explained the urgency, and the lady working at the pharmacy told me they will call me at 5:30pm when it's ready. I asked them to do it sooner, and they said no. They called at 5:53, I missed their call. When I called back at 6:10 I found out they closed at 6pm. I will definitely go to shoppers drug mart from now on. More reliable and open late.

If possible I will give 0 star to this place for service. I will come here only for Dr. PETER , HE IS THE BEST. Otherwise I will never recommend this place to anyone.For vaccinations, You have to wait 1.5 hours even if your doctor has booked an appointmentWorst staff and service

Doctors do not take their time to hear patients issue and I was told by a doctor that is because they are not a family doctor they are an urgent clinic . I was dumbfounded to hear a Dr tell me that my concern was not urgent enough to be taken seriously and that I needed to go to my family doctor . He hadn’t even allowed me to explain my situation before he began trying to rush me out of the room by that being said I felt absolutely discouraged to even bother stating my issue.Problem #2 : they do not answer the phone at all or they answer and hang up !Problem #3 : they are unprofessional as MOA’s and DR’s do not care enough to even follow up when they say they will .Problem #4: it is very alarming to have such kinds of practices who do not provide the services they sell nor take their clients/patients seriously . It almost feels like all they care about is swiping your Ohip to get paid .

Both Dr. Stevanovski and Dr. Patel have helped me over the years. Both have removed glass from my foot. I have always had a great experience going to see both. They are kind, patient, knowledgeable, professional and hard-working. When I was anxious about getting the glass removed, they put me at ease. I highly recommend them.

20-30mins for someone to pickup the phone.Had time to physically walk into the clinic, while still waiting for someone to pickup the phone, only to see the receptionists doing absolutely nothing, no line, not dealing with anyone...With phone still in hand, asked why I'm still on hold waiting for someone to pickup the phone, they had no response and sat with a dumbfounded look...As someone else indicated in a review, the need to put up multiple signs stating zero-tolerance for staff abuse is a telling sign, not of the clients that visit, but of the staff here. When the staff is incompetent and lazy, of course clients are going to be irritated and complain, hence the signs.To the owner/operator of this clinic, is it policy to not answer phone calls? Do you intentionally hire bad staff? Fix your staff issues and there won't be need for client complaints or staff abuse".Don't expect any sort of good service here. Went to the clinic few days back to pick up my reports,the lady at front desk name sadaf is very rude and rough. She is very unprofessional. 2 stars for other staff and front ladies for always being nice and calm. Doctors are very good and knowledgeable.

Daughter diagnosed with anemia, we needed a medical note for her swimming class. This is clearly documented on her health file, dr on call won't do it. Won't even see us. As if the previous dr was not to be trusted. Public Health at it's worst, the diagnosis on her file is clear, the medical note is so that she can get exempted from a course that would harm to participate in. One on call dr needs to trust the notes onfile from the last one, chasing these dr's schedules is not an option for working parents.

Very skeptical visiting this clinic after reading reviews but pleasantly surprised. Wait, was fast. The doctor was thorough and sent me for follow-ups listening to my concerns.Will return again.
