Assistant Tammie had attitude, would not listen to what client was requesting regarding a very simple matter. Eric had been contacted for a simple notarization request. He was on vacation and was going to brief the office about the request---but failed to do so resulting in this mess with Tammie when client contacted office.Client explained the situation to Eric--however he failed to contact client upon return from vacation in order to clarify facts and hearing only Tammie's explanation-decided to let sleeping dogs lie" and politely bid farewell to client.Due to discovery of a poor Google review posted
