I have joined about 6 months ago and can't believe how much I have learned and improved. Sensei Farzam Molaei always pushes us to do the best we can and teaches us to be 'strong' and confident. Best thing I have ever done is to join his classes!!!

I have been training with Sensei Farzam since 2015, I found his way of training effective and to the point , each class is different with the last one , focusing on straighten , agility ,flexibility and proper form and technique , a fine combination of old school and modern Martial Arts. this works the best for me .

Great school, I was a bit scared about signing up but now I am happy I did, and loving it ,Sensei Farzam is very knowledgeable and cares about the proper training and the art,it is a friendly gym but very serious when it comes to train,expect to burn a lot of calories.The art is a mixture of traditional martial arts and practical self defense , I just love it and would recommend it to whomever wants to try the art of self defense.

I have trained at a few different martial arts schools over the years and Sensei Farzam is one of the best in the lower mainland. Classes are a good mix of traditional martial arts and practical skills.

I absolutely love sensi Farzam! He is great with the kids! In the past 3years my son has learned respect, discipline and confidence. I would highly recommend this martial arts school!

I love the Sensei approach when he leads the classes. This is his passion. He has great knowledge and a great approach to children and young people. My daughter has been attending his classes for 2 years and loves them. His philosophy and teaching methods are professional. I recommend it with all my heart.❤️

My son has been training at Ultimate Martial Arts when he was 9 years old and after 3 years he earned his Black Belt .Great school , well equipped and professional training , Sensei Farzam is very knowledgeable and great with his students.I would recommend this school to all parents and everyone wants to get proper training and workout .

My son has been going to UMAPOCO for over a year now.When my son expressed his interest in martial arts, I called and visited some martial arts schools. But none of them were satisfying to the point where I wanted.I found UMAPOCO warm, friendly and professional in its interaction with students where it demonstrates a nice balance between the quality of a serious teaching and classical training methodology. Sensei Farzam is highly skilled and his teaching is exceptional. He provides wisdom and moral strength, with genuine love and good humor through outstanding instruction and discipline. As a student at Ultimate Martial Arts I can say it is a positive and fun learning experience. I learn great self discipline, respect, responsibility, self defense, flexibility and strength. Training at U.M.A. is an active and fun environment. You learn a healthy lifestyle while being taught in style. Every class you learn something new. I enjoy training among people my age and to stay in a healthy state. I am thankful to be taught by amazing Martial artists and to learn from them. They have given me the goal of wanting to earn my black belt. So through dedication and hard work, I know I can do it; Because a black belt is just a white belt that never quit.
