James was AMAZING to work with. I had to reschedule multiple times and he was always happy to accomodate. I had my carpets, sofa and tile grout cleaned by James and WOW - I thought I had new carpet, sofas and grout it looked so good! And the cherry on top was the pricing was reasonable...so much so that I felt he deserved more for the hardwork he put into getting my house cleaned. Don't waste your time with other companies - use this one!

James was very helpful and his prices are great. He is especially a vac truck so he doesn't need to dump the filthy water down your drain or septic. Drying time is a lot better too.

Clean freak over here with two children and pets. He did an incredible job cleaning my carpets! My area rug was just awful, so he took it with him to clean and returned in less than two days!I am a regular for service now and I couldn't be happier time after time! James was very professional and kind. We have two dogs and a fireplace in our carpeted living room, hallway and bedroom that were very dirty, they are now so clean and soft - brand new again! He also cleaned my car that has cloth seats and carpet and it was a spectacular job. Highly recommend! 10/10 experience

I received a gift card for this company. I was excited to use it and went to his website to use the online booking service. As a new customer, I wasn't quite sure what to book, so I selected a service that sounded closest to what I needed and added details to make sure I was clear. I expected that if I made an error and the business required more time, or more money for the job that they would contact me to find a solution.Instead, the owner cancelled my appointment without contacting me. Inside the email, was a condescending list of all of the things I did wrong in my booking. I emailed back, I called, and I even texted 2x, but never received any kind of follow up.I began to think I was getting scammed and contacted the person I received the gift card from to get their money back. Fortunately, they were refunded.I have never experienced a business so lacking in customer service and I would not recommend this business to anyone. I understand that running a business can be challenging and things come up, but to cancel my appointment with no notice, and fail to respond to any of my outreach in attempt to book a cleaning is inexcusable.Horrible experience and I am making sure to let my friends and family know to NEVER use this company.

James came to my home to quote when he said he would, he was very respectful, had a mask on and quoted quickly and accurately. We set a date for the next week, he was on time on the day of the appointment. When I got home that evening I was absolutely blown away by the fantastic job he did. My carpets, area rugs, ceramic tiles and couches looked like new! I am not kidding, it was unbelievable how good everything looked.
