Staff who dropped off the bouncy castle were friendly students. They tried to clean it as much as possible, but it required us to scrub mud off of it for an hour. They were better customer service than the owner and tried to help as much as possible. But they only had two face cloths. Our child jumped in right away and came out cover in dirt. Owner was very abrupt and not friendly to deal with and was rude. You definitely get what you pay for with this company. Pay a little more and go with one of the other rental companys in town.

We rented a bouncy castle from Bubble Bounce for a birthday party. Pierre ( owner) went out of his way to accomodate us on very short notice. The crew was punctual and very quick. The finished product far exceeded our expectations and the kids had a BLAST! Can't recommend this place enough!Thanks again from Rosalina and all her lil Shopkins friends!
