We have taken our cats here for years. The staff are all very caring and empathetic towards our cats. They actually want to get to know them and help understand how to treat them based on information given by us as owners.The appointments happen at the actual time so there's no waiting around.

If i knew what i knew now i NEVER would have breeded my bulldogs at this vet. After a horrible breeding experience and mistakes on their end we finally had puppies.. not long after bringing them home we noticed they were having some issues. These issues were brushed off and not taken seriously.. We lost a 3 week old puppy after it was misdiagnosed and suffered a horrible death. Giving them another chance due to lack of options, we brought another puppy in facing similar urgent issues and were argued with by the receptionist and turned away after an hour n a half in traffic with a sick 4 week old puppy. Think twice before trusting your loved pet in their hands. Beyond heart broken and dissapointed.July 8th - Follow up to your response:I understand this is a bad review and you will say what you need to redirect blame and to prevent losing business. When i called earlier the same day to notify you that power was out on my half the city in the hot summer heat asking the tech if i could bring all the puppies earlier than 430 apt so they had a place to go other than in my AC vehicle (WHOLE REASON for urgent call), i was told you would be able to accomodate bringing all the puppies but still could not get me in till 430. So your claim is false. If it was true this would have been avoided.I understand i was 30 minutes late due to the terrible events of that day, however i find it upsetting you would only book me in for a 30 min apt for a very ill puppy, when you were still open another 45 mins and then argue with me about what was said when i called. After thousands spent and the overall experience, we will of course seek care elsewhere.Regardless, I know reviews can be impactful to a business and am willing to work towards an understanding. It’s our first time here and the vet has been so kind and thorough. She even called us back personally when we had more questions. Our pets are seniors and need extra care, I believe this office will take great care of them.

Okanagan Vet Hospital has been our vet for the 16 plus years of my dog, Riley's life. The care they gave her over the years has been amazing. This week I had to make the difficult choice to put her down. I can't say enough good things about this process for us. They took a devastating time and made the transition peaceful and even joyful! Dr. Woodward was so caring as well as the other staff. Riley gave us one last giggle by snoring LOUDLY after giving her the first sedative. We loved our girl and will bring all our future pets to this office.

Brought both my senior dogs for their checkups and vaccines today. Dr Trimble was amazing with them! She took the time to help me figure out exactly how much food they should eat daily when we were there last year ( she didn’t just say they need to lose weight she actually wrote out a calorie formula for me to use with their dogfood brand!). Im happy to report they are both super healthy and ideal weights!My dogs love her. She is very personable and she knows what she is doing. I would highly recommend her as a vet.

Have brought all our animals to this vet since we moved here in 1991. Honest and reliable. Definitely recommend bringing your pets here.
