Without a doubt, the best place to work! In my experience with CASS, I must say that it is the best company to work for with really incredible staff (coworkers, supervisors and management in general) that allow us to feel integrated and meaningful.I appreciate and value all the opportunities that this company has given me, helping me to grow professionally and personally. I have learned a lot in these last months (and I am still learning), and I will never forget the kindness and human warmth of the administration and all my colleagues.

The best place to work! I started out as frontline in 2013, and worked my way up. I have always felt valued and supported throughout my different roles. Upper management are all kind, approachable, and supportive.The people who work at CASS are passionate about their mandates of diversity and inclusion, and are strong community advocates for the disability community. Individuals in service are encouraged and supported to live their best lives through out of the box thinking, excellent staffing, and the belief that anything is possible with the right people in your corner.I would absolutely recommend CASS as an employer, and as a human services organization overall.

I was a member of CAES intake last year and was very happy to be in the program. The staff was very helpful, professional and they truly cared about their clients. They accepted me with welcome hands and supported me throughout the period. My CC was very generous, supportive and very professional person and always there to help me during my session with them. I had such a wonderful experience all through my time with them. Thank you all at CASS for your help and support.

This agency has the worst supervisors and higher management. They have no respect for anyone, most definitely not their employees. I do not recommend this agency for employment. Very rude people running this agency who doesn't know what is going on.

For a while this group was great to work for until things got too corporate This group operates more like a corporate business and less as a social service organization. Aside from training and finance this group really doesn't have much oversight or care for their clients or their sub-contractors.

I'm quite disappointed with this agency. I spent a very long time with them, and they were never able to find me the right job.
