I have visited the place with my husband for ultrasound and it was my great experience with the help of Syeda. She explained everything wonderfully. She had a great knowledge. Thank you Syeda & GNMI.

My ultrasound was done by Syeda Monazza. Very professional and caring technologist. Overall the place was clean and her directions were clear. Thanks for serving the community with care and respect!

GNMI is a great medical centre. Friendly and knowledgeable staff at the front counter. The technician (Afaq) who completed my ultrasound was very professional and effficient. I have had sub-par at other imaging centres - GNMI is by far the best!

I have been to this location several times and the older front desk receptionist is just HORRIBLE.Last weekend, my sister and I went to this location for a walk-in xray and we explained that she had an appointment for an ultrasound, but was on the cancellation list. We then asked if there were any openings for an ultrasound that day, and she completely ignored me. Not only that, she huffed at me when I said I needed the paperwork back for the ultrasound. She made a copy and gave me the copy back? I don't think she should have kept the original, but I'll be calling my doctor to confirm.ANYWAY, not receiving an answer, we sat down to wait for the Xray. An older gentlemen came in and said he needed an ultrasound, but did not have an appointment. This lady gave HIM the 1:15pm time slot, even though I TOLD HER that we were on a cancellation list, and ASKED HER if there were any openings. I was livid, but I opted for professionalism instead of making the scene I wanted to.This receptionist is awful, and I know that it must be hard to work on weekends; NO ONE wants to deal with the public on a Saturday morning. But I also was not the only person she was rude to - she was rude to a man who was confused about a phone call he received! She was absolutely deplorable to every single person who walked in. I don't understand how she still has her job.I'll never go back to this location - I'm going to Nebo Road from now on.

Great service! No appointment needed for x-rays. I was done in about 10-15 min. The staff is always friendly and helpful.

I had create experience with technician Syeda, she is so friendly and kind. The whole procedure was good and she has done her job well. I will recommend to everyone.

If I have option to rate negative star I will be happy to do so for this location. I am writing this review sitting in my car after coming out form ultrasonic test. Customer service is worse and during the testing examinar keep on say we don't have time to test so reschedule the scan. I came for 18 to 20 week scan now it's pospond to 24 week because they don't have the appointment. I don't feel that the ultrasonic examiner is not trained for her position. This location only wast the people money. I will prefer 260 nebo road location.

Paula is extremely rude and should not be dealing with the public. She has zero compassion or empathy and should be fired immediately

5 stars from beginning to end. I called for an ultra sound, originally my appointment was 3 weeks from now, then the receptionist understood that this was urgent from my dr, so she found me same day appointment. Receptionist was super friendly and understanding, the lady that did my ultrasound was very patient. Will definitely recommend
