Lovely experience shopping at Gulzar Creations for my Mehndi night Lehenga! Anila helped me out and chose gorgeous styles for me to try on. Everyone in the store was friendly and helpful -I felt like a princess while trying on the different outfits.I went shopping almost a year before my wedding but when I took it in for alterations Anila remembered us and they were able to do the alterations within a few hours! The lehenga is just perfect and comfortable. Highly recommend Gulzar!! Thank you Anila :)

My family have used this store for over 4 years now for all family functions and they offer excellent quality clothing along with superb value for money. This is after checking all so called competitors in the surrounding area. The owner Parm and her staff are welcoming and will spend lots of time making sure you leave the store happy. Gulzar Creations is the place to go to for all of your fashion/function needs.

Excellent & very professional customer service from Mandeep, Anila and the other lady who works there (Sorry didn’t ask her name) went above & beyond helping us. My Family & I were so impressed. We purchased like 7 to 8 dresses. Great price as well couldn’t be more grateful. Great staff overall & helped us all the way. Forever thankful! Highly recommended!

Been going to Gulzar for years now and never disappointed! The quality and choices of clothes in the latest plus classic styles, customer service and aura in the store takes us back again and again! The owner Parm, Alina, Mandeep as well as other staff remember customers and greet us by name which gives us a very warm feeling … yet they do not pressurize or stay on your back! My daughter’s every function for the last 6 years have been from Gulzar.

Walked in today and was greeted by Anila, Mandeep, and Indu. Needed a last minute suite and Anila worked with my budget and style perfectly. She picked items out quickly and made the whole experience easy and enjoyable. Because of her great customer service I will be a returning customer!

Super bad experience. I will never ever come back again and going to tell my friends and family about the incident.I purchased a dress (and I didnt even take it home. It was left at the store.) and I came back a hour later because I changed my mind because i wasnt liking the dress anymore.I never took the dress out of the store because they provide alterations. But they said no return even though I paid full cash. They also asked me why I want to return it, even though they are not going to do anything about it.It could be a easy exchange for them since there was no card used, but they don’t care about their customer thats for sure.We have also talked to other store and they said they would have give us the money back for sure. We will never go back. Worst store ever!!

Best service I have ever received at any clothing store in Surrey. Mandeep and Parm were very professional and personable, spent a lot of time to help me find some outfits. Went in the store to look for one suit, left with five suits. Lol. Will be back again! Thank you for a wonderful shopping experience.

A friend and I drove a few hours to surrey to find clothes for a wedding. We came across Gulzar and ate so happy we did. Mandeep helped us out and had the best customer service attitude. She was patient while we made our decisions on outfits. Everyone at the store was great and helped us fix the fitting on the suits before we left the city so we didn’t have to drive back again.

We have just discovered this hidden gem in Payal business center. I have to say they have exceptional customer service, which is very rare in todays world..I found all the staff members to be very friendly, knowledgeable and above all they were very calm and patient. I like to acknowledge the owners for training their sales associates well in providing excellent skills. I will definitely recommend Gulzar Creations to all my family and friends My special thanks to Mandeep, Anila and Indu for helping my wife in selecting her outfits. We found them all to be very friendly and made our experience dealing with them like family.
