Shashank and the front desk staff were very helpful and patient over the month we took to decide on appliances for our home. They were very knowledgeable and willing to discuss all types of budgets and products - even going as far as getting us amazing prices to bundle everything together and letting us shop elsewhere when we weren’t ready to make a decision. In the end we came back because they had better customer service and even better prices. Consistently kept in touch, but also stayed patient throughout. Highly recommended

I worked with Sid helping me choose a new microwave that had to fit in an existing space which was a bit tricky. We had many phone calls back and forth and I am so happy with the look and fit of the new microwave. I would highly recommend Sid to friends and family. Outstanding customer service!!

The customer service was great when visiting the trail appliances in Surrey. We were attended by Siddharth Negi who advised us to not purchase certain brands due to problems responsible for many returns and dissatisfaction from other clients, and gave us other better suggestions not just in quality, but at a better price as well. We got some discount on other appliance unit and free delivery. He was very attentive to follow up on the availability of all items to be delivered on time. Overall, a very attentive and careful seller. Great experience purchasing at Trail Appliances Surrey. Now, we are waiting the delivery day.

My home freezer was not keeping some of the food frozen. I went shopping for a new one. Trail had the most efficient and friendly staff. The salesman arranged for them to deliver the new freezer the next day, even though it was a long holiday weekend.The delivery men showed up in a timely manner. They were fast and efficient.Highly recommend the Surrey outlet.

The service was prompt and courteous. I was very happy purchasing a washer from Preet. We quickly negotiated on the phone, reached a deal, and my washer to delivered and installed three days later.
