Went into the automotive department to try to find some hub rings for my brothers car as they were damaged. The associate at the counter was rude and unhelpful. He basically ignored me and was just overall not nice. I've had previous interactions with the same guy and he always seems to talk down to me. He basically ended up telling me that I had the wrong hub rings, didn't even try to find a replacement and said amazon should have them. Terrible customer service and terrible employee.

Had to change brakes. Lady that i spoke to.first time didn't know what she was talking about and told me to buy the wrong thing. (I knew better so i didn't but still, potentially misleading).Went to another location, guy there wqs more knowledgeable and helped me get exactly what i needed.

Cant find the product that was on sale, the sale and non sale products ( fishing rods) were all mixed up… so badly organized. Finally left! Cabella has this organized so well and easy to find.

Ordered water softener salt online for pickup and the system worked perfectly.Drove up show my email and the service person brought it out to the vehicle placed it in for me and I drove.

I had an incident with my car on Sat April 15. I had to get off the hi way and made my way to Canadian Tire Barrie. I was greeted by Patrick the service manager who told me to pull up to the first bay right away. Colin the mechanic was quick to diagnose and told me 4 of the 5 lug nuts on my front passenger wheel had not been tightened from my recent tire change. Colin checked all tires and even took it for a test drive to make sure all was good. I have since addressed with the garage that did my tire changeover. I am very impressed with the service I had at Canadian Tire Barrie!

Best place to shop. Never feel harassed, pushed to purchased or overwhelm, when I walk in store. You might want to consider a special service desk for Senior citizens. I sometimes feel overwhelmed looking for things at age 76. Not always on the ball, as sometimes get lost, walking through stores. You have and will remain my place to go.

I went in to the garage to get my tires balanced. I believe the mechanics name was Colin. When I spoke with him he let me know the wear on the tires didn't match and he put them where they should be. This isn't my first good experience at this location. I'll be back.

Would like to give 0 stars but the cashier was so lovely I gave 1 star for her sake. She actually deserves a 5/5. The typically “out of stock” store that advertises everything but in the end has nothing. So hard to shop Canadian and support my own in this day and age but probs better to buy from online overseas companies or US big box stores instead. Would hate to see an iconic Canadian company go down the tubes but “they’re”doing a good job of it. Sales staff need to be more knowledgeable to provide adequate customer service. Very poor and not just on this visit. Disorganized stores. “Extras” at the end of isles that don’t make sense/belong there. Cluttered. Do better Canadian tire !!

This is for the employees at the Bayfield street location. My boyfriend and I had a mix up with the delivery driver, who did not drop off one of our pieces of furniture to our home. Abby, Steve, and Sandra were all very helpful in ensuring that it was delivered in a very timely manner. Through our own stupidity and stress we had called to advise them we had had thought some pieces of furniture had not been delivered, Abby and Sandra had given me information about the pieces and called me the very next day to help with my confusion. I hope this reaches you all. Thank you so so so much for all of your help ♥️

This review is solely for Colin at the auto repair shop. My boyfriend and I are not from the area and our tire popped 30 mins before closing, Colin was the first to approach us and told us our tire was the last thing he’d fix before closing, he started the process on the computer (something he says he doesn’t normally do) and worked quickly to get our tire fixed, he also re attached our falling heat plate, and talked with my boyfriend during the process. He was friendly, efficient and accommodating and truly an amazing and knowledgeable employee. We are so grateful for all his help!
