RV Canada Service Centre

I purchased a 2016 Jayco tent trailer brand new and it started having issues about a week after towing it off the lot. The people at RV Canada Carp were amazing in going to Jayco to get the required parts and getting the repairs done in a timely fashion and all under warranty. The latest issue was major floor damage after the roof leaked. After replacing the roof last year, (under warranty), they went after Jayco to get the floor replaced and then went above and beyond by taking the trailer down to bare bones and basically rebuilding it to ensure the trailer will be usable once again. Not only did they repair the floor but the cabinetry that was damaged by the leaking roof.. again under warranty. Absolutely fabulous customer service and the staff was always friendly and helpful.

Rob Rosen was my sales specialist I called at 11am and he invited me down for a presentation the same day even if he was busy with a big even showing new units at a stadium. He and his staff were very knowledgeable and where able to help me buy my first RV. I been using it for the past few weeks and it it amazing to have your home on wheels to go places and never be far from home even when you are time zones away.

What an Amazing RV Place to deal with, Top to Bottom. We travelled 3.5hrs to pickup our trailer and we were greeted and attended to immediately, even though we we early. Our walk-through professional Marty was very thorough and pointed out every little detail of our rig, and answered every question we had. He was Very Professional and Generous. Not to be outdone was our Hitch & Receiver installer Mike. With his tape measure in hand, he fully hooked us up and levelled us up perfectly. He demonstrated every little detail, provided helpful hits & tricks for a smoother pull as well. I also want to personally thank our detailer and even the yard assistant, that took care of installing our license plate.Such a Professional Outfit here, and I would Highly Recommend them to anyone Shopping or Servicing their RV.Thanks again Everyone.Adam and Jessica Wooldridge (Go Leafs Go)

Not happy with the quality of work done. Minor repairs are done non professionally. Hitch repositioned and old holes not repainted. Panelling was improperly cut at manufacture and RV Canada method to repair that was by jamming weather stripping into the space. Poor quality!

Coralee the Service and Delivery Coordinations expert (that’s my title for her) and Brian our demo expert. Well they were a wealth of information, and a very attentive team. They took the time to explain our trailer to us, we looked it over fully, and found some issues that RV Canada and their sales and service team are more than willing to fix before delivery. They even caught a chipped window that wasn’t there at the prince of whales lot obviously happened on transport to the service lot but they’re fixing it and replacing it before we take delivery. RV Canada will certainly be seeing us again in the future when we’re ready to upgrade. But I hope my friends looking to buy new or used check out RV Canada. Find Austin! Our main contact was Serena. Her name suited her temperament, she is helpful, attentive and lovely, ( sitting inside while the RV was being attached I could see all the staff were lovely). From our tour of our new RV to getting it attached to our truck, the staff were all top notch. The unit itself needs some tweaking and a few touch ups all covered under warranty. As a self declared OCD the staff were very attentive, when I noticed touch up putty to cover the hundreds of staple marks wasn't on their order list I think I startled Austin who thought I wanted it there and then. The service department aren't responsible for flaws or shortcuts in the construction. We're off in our first adventure after Christmas and when we get back I'm sure the Service department will have all that's been ordered under warranty to bring our unit up to scratch. Pardon the pun Austin.

Picked up my new Geo Pro last week and couldn't be happier with the process. Marty was great on the PDI (a wealth of knowledge and experience) and Kathleen got all the paperwork together in a timely fashion. Got home and had our first (and only) issue. The slide wouldn't open!! Called RV Canada and spoke with Tyrone, who went above and beyond in troubleshooting the issue. After two callbacks from him, the slide motors are back in sync and I'm a very happy customer. Would not hesitate to deal with RV Canada again.

We were looking forward to starting this new camping chapter in our lives with a new trailer... but once purchased, the service is nowhere to be found. When attempting to pick up our new trailer it was obvious that they didn't do their own walkthrough (half of the lights weren't working, microwave was dysfunctional and the awning wasn't working). We left it there hoping to have the work completed in a reasonable time. They quickly wanted off the lot and had it delivered with only a few hours of notice with still pending work to do. We've now come to discover we are missing keys and no updates on the awning. I don't know how many messages we've left and the chat box fuction on their website seems to be speechless. Not off to a great start!

Great experiences so far. Be patient, everything takes longer right now. They will look after you. Tyrone is the best, deal with him if you can.
