I arrived at Neals autobody shop at approximately 12:00 PM Bill was very personal with communications and quoted the price for the job and it was reasonable price for the work based on what are the shops have told me. I am now happy with the work they did.Wray.

Neil replaced my front bumper in addition to a dear price I paid. Only 8 months later it broke into a few pieces in the winter of 2017/2018. If quality parts were used, it should not happen like that. Furthermore, the control system for the windshield wiper fluid was connected wrongly when he replaced the bumper. The front one was switched to the rear one, the rear one goes to front one. So annoying. Talk to him, he denied everything and refused to do anything. I do not think he know the meaning of the custom service. Definitely not recommend.

Professional Sales and Service every time I go there. They do excellent work! We have had several of our vehicles serviced there and they have all come out of the shop looking like brand new vehicles every time! Neil, Bill, Lynne and family really care about making you happy. I would definitely go back to them again and I highly recommend that everyone else does too when looking for quality workmanship!
