I did 3 teeth fillings and one cleaning there. I was very unsatisfied. After all of the fillings, I had problem and had to go and re-fix it. The hygienist could not complete her work at one hour, she booked for me another appointment with another hygienist. They charged me double! When I asked the reason, they told me that they had done independent jobs!!!! During the cleaning, she was talking about my gum and she told me that you do not have a healthy gum and need another cleaning in three months!!! I have done many many cleanings up to now and never I heard such feedbacks from my gum! The Dr also made a mistake and charged me double for a teeth and I had a long story with insurance and with the staff! The Dr also told me I was grinding and needed a guard, she said I had at least 8 teeth which needed to be filled! I went to another Dentist, they said to me that my gum and teeth were completely healthy, without signs of grinding!!!!!

The entire team is highly professional, warm and caring. From the moment you step in the office where you're greeted with a big smile, the dentist's caring manner and clear explanations of the procedures all while moniotoring anxiety level, the hygienist ensuring comfort throughout the appointment, and finally to the amiable farewell from the receptionist. Here's something I never thought I'd say about dental work ... I look forward to my next appointment.

I have extreme anxiety and was referred to Skyline for sedation dentistry. I had a tremendous amount of work done and the warm but professional staff did an amazing job restoring my smile. I would recommend their services to anyone.

So worth our flight from Moncton NB to Skyline Dental in Ottawa. Their team was so thoughtful and skilled that my nervousness about dentists has disappeared due to the experience and professionalism from Dr Leila and all the staff.This team is amazing and so worth any distance.Thank you so much. ❤️❤️

I've been going here for a few years now and the staff are all very friendly and helpful. I've never had an issues and enjoy going to this dentist. The office is also very clean and tidy.I recommended this place to a friend, she tried to book online but nothing happened. She called and they told her that there was an issue with the online feature and she has to call them to book an appointment/ become a new patient. So if you try to book online and don't get a response, just call them instead. Maybe they have gotten this fixed by now but I'm not sure.

I chose this office because of dental anxiety I have. I wanted to be sedated for any work done; the doctors and hygienist were kind, patient, gentle and respectful of my boundaries. Their prices are fair and their service was wonderful

Very impressed overall. Staff is super friendly and Dr. Ebrahimpoor is a fantastic dentist. She is very professional and thorough. She even gave me a call the next day after my procedure to see how I was doing.

I have been going to Skyline Dental for over 20 years and have been beyond satisfied every time. There is a warm and friendly feeling with all the staff and they are all highly professional as well. We had a family crisis four years ago and Dr. Ebrahimpoor offered us incredible support. She is a truly kind, empathetic and sensitive doctor. I highly recommend her and her team.....

I went in for a filling and they did a temporary filling instead with the appointment to do the real filling the day after. I left the office confused as to why I paid for a temporary filling when it was supposed to get removed the day after. I moved back the appointment and thought about it. I then spoke to the dentist who did it and he agreed that it didn't make sense so they gave me some of the money off for the temporary filling. Once I got the real filling I wasn't able to chew on that tooth. Yet I could with the temporary one. So I went in at least 3 times for them to fix it and still nothing worked. Months go buy, I'm still in pain unable to chew on a tooth when they said they will redo the filling after I waited 3 more months. They wanted the layer to grow , said time will heal it. It didnt. It's been 8 months and I still can't chew on the tooth. Now they are refusing to redo the filling , being very rude, trying to talk down to me, insult me. Imagine the doctor agrees that I can't chew on my tooth offered, to fix it then changes her mind. So pretty much they made a mistake they will not fix it after admitting to there being an issue, nor will they refund me. They even hung up on me. I've heard multiple insults. I really do not recommend them. Unless you like to be hustled, lied to, and treated like your not human. Seems like a classic power trip, a dentist who thinks they are above all and have no respect for the rest of the human population. I really can't belive this, I feel so manipulated and belittled, I've been lead on to belive it would be solved , and here I am still suffering from a simple filling done wrong. It has been mentally exhausting, and I lost money and respect for the industry because of one bad apple. They are admitting to there being a problem with my filling and are refusing to change my filling.

I had a great experience with my hygienist and Dr. E. They were gentle, precise, and showed great compassion.
