Brought my Volkswagen tdi to the self proclaimed EURO, domestic, and import specialists for two simple repairs, fuel gauge won’t read, and the car had multiple vacuum leaks. To no surprise Callaghans returned me my keys after taking my $300+ and left me with all the same issues my vehicle came in to have fixed. Their claims were “we got your fuel gauge to move” and “I tightened some clamps that should fix your leak”. Both claims were false determined by my preferred mechanic who actually deserves to have their license. Point being, save yourself the trouble, just go to the Dealership or trusted Mechanic don’t gamble with these meatballs. I can speak for many others who share similar experiences with this shop. This next portion is an update to say this shop has and never will offer to reimburse you or provide compensation for your troubles. I had multiple issues after my visit here as you could imagine. With no working fuel gauge I was unable to notice I was driving with no fuel in my tank which lead to me stalling out on the side of the road in the dead of winter pitch black outside, for those who aren’t aware a diesel motor will not start back up after running out of fuel because the system needs to be bled of air. Therefore I waited on the side of the road for several hours until the tow truck arrived and at that point it was TOWED to my house and the following day to a PROPER MECHANIC. These issues were a direct cause of Callaghans inability to correctly diagnose and repair my vehicle. I can say on behalf of myself and many others your vehicle will not receive the proper treatment to insure it is mechanically fit if you choose to have it repaired or serviced at this shop. A great family owned repair shop. Check them out

This is the ultimate VW repair place. The owner is an avid VW enthusiast. We recently took my VW Tiguan in and he checked it out from wheel lug to dome light and everything in-between. This is the garage other mechanics refer to as they have great VW diagnostics. Prices were reasonable, preventative maintenance recommendations were sound and we believe he saved our car before it ceased to be drivable and be a glorified paper weight. Fast service and honest as the guy who referred me (Beaverton auto and mower)

Needed to get a replaced tire torqued after 100 km (that was replaced elsewhere) and the ladies in the shop were very prompt and courteous and didn't charge me. I am very appreciative that I was able to drive my children safely on the hwy without fearing a tire would fly off. THANKS AGAIN! Will visit for next service.

Always available when I call for an appointment.Never felt gouged and I feel like they are honest.I have taken my personal and work vehicle here regularly.Wish they did safety certifications, as I trust them with everything.

First time going here, was recommended by a friend. I couldn't have received better service anywhere. They were honest and up front about every aspect of the work they did (rear brakes on my 2020 Silverado). I will definitely be a returning customer.

I have never experienced such wonderful service from a shop. They are always extremely honest, fair, and helpful. Everyone is always a delight to work with and always very patient with me (and trust me, I am an annoying and needy customer). Service is impeccable. I have finally found a shop I can trust 100% and will keep coming back. They are not only trustworthy, but always go above and beyond. No wonder they've been around for so long and have such great reviews.
