Took my car in for inspection right away. Mechanic is knowledgeable. Happy with the service and nice to get a follow up email on the service.

I had my window mechanism break on me over the weekend, and they were able to fit me in the following monday, no hesitation. While my car was in I asked them to look at an oil leak I was having as well, and it was not a problem. They even called me before not only to inform me that what I had thought was an oil leak was actually a different problem, and explain the new issue to me/ confirm I wanted to fix it, but they also offered me the time to come and see the problem while my car was on the lift. This gives transparency in business a very different perspective. As a female, usually bringing my car into auto shops implies that I do not understand what is being said, or that I do not care about my vehicle. But not here, Justin at the front desk, and Jason the tech working on my car were more than happy to walk me through the fixes and information share as much as I needed. Will definitely be using them again. They even checked in with me a few days later after my service to ensure everything was working properly. Highly recommend cambridge Master Mechanics. My car broke down this week and every shop I called had a 2+ week except this one. They were able to get me in the next morning and had my car back to me the same afternoon. 10/10 will be back next time I have any problem

This week has been a crazy busy week for me and when my car started acting up unexpectedly, I brought it to master mechanic around 9am. They took me in right away and diagnosed the problem within an hour, and completed all repairs my car was ready by noon! They even reached out a couple of days after to ensure everything was running smoothly. A great shop to take your car to!

I use to like this place however it's been going downhill and I wont be coming back again. I took my car in because it was having trouble starting sometimes and also it was due for an oil change. I thought it seemed like the battery was dying however I am no car expert. They told me the problem was the intake and a part of it was not attached properly, they said whoever worked on it last must've not reattached it. They asked me who was last under the hood as if it was someone else's fault however master mechanic has been the only one doing work on my car. I have only been under the hood to top up my washer fluid so most likely one of their workers were the ones to not attach the air intake properly. I was charged for the repair.I didn't notice it at first but upon closer inspection it looks like the plastic clip where the air intake attaches near the front of the car is broken (see attached photo). It is also highly probable that they broke this while fixing" my car.After the appointment my car seemed fine at first however it wasn't long before it had trouble starting up again. Eventually I was stranded in a parking lot and had to get a boost. I later went to a Canadian tire and bought a new battery for my car

Thanks Dave and Justin for taking care of my car today !!! I would really recommend Dave and Justin at this location. I would say they really take care of the requirements for the customer and give importance to the issues for the customer. Highly recommend this location !!
