Mike and his team are the best. I had an odd issue with my check engine light intermittently coming on. They were very patient looking into it and trying options to fix, multiple times. Finally found out they had been sent a wrong part two times.Would recommend to anyone. Very helpful, trustworthy and just plain nice people to deal with.

We have been using Downtown Auto for years now and we love them. They are kind, honest and do their best to keep to the cost and timelines for services given. While waiting there I got a phone call for a family emergency and they jumped up and had keys for a loaner car to lend me while they were finishing up and said not to worry, we will sort everything once you’re ready. We trust trust them and that is so hard to find. Thank you to the team.

Just wow! Mike and his team were able to diagnose and thoroughly checked up my car for any urgent issues and recommendations to ensure the car is well maintained. They sent a detailed report with photos/videos to my phone & email for me to decide what additional service I want for my car. I appreciate that they drive their customers back and from home while waiting for the car to be fixed. Rates are very reasonable knowing the top quality service they provide.

Excellent service! Brian & his team outperformed my expectations! I’ve been here twice and both the times they did a great job to fix the car problems.Most recently I went there to get a feont end rattling noise checked. They found out the issue and gave me a resonable quote that also fixed the noise issue.They are not like other mechanics that is after your money; for both of my visits they provided me a resonable quote to fix the issue with options to fix other forcasted issues.
