It was a pleasure having Roy service my mother’s grandfather clock. He was delightful to talk to and has a wonderful sense of humour. He took his time figuring out what the issue was with the clock, taking it away and bringing it back the next day. It is now working wonderful and so nice to have fixed. Thank you, Roy!

I literally called, he said he could do it immediately while I waited, I drove over, battery replaced, back home…all within 20 minutes. Feels so good to receive old fashioned service and be able to support a true master of the craft instead of giving my money to a mega corporation. I probably paid more than I would have elsewhere, but some things in life are worth paying for.

Evans is truly Father Time, my son and I had an absolutely wonderful experience getting his graduation watch fixed! Evan had all the tools needed, and took the time to involve Owen in the work. We both agreed the watch is blessed with extra good luck, and time!The shop is full of grandfather clocks, co-co clocks and all around fascination revolving around mechanics of time. Tucked away beside magical Florence lake in Langford, a true watch master!We will be back for all our watch and clock needs! Owen is proudly able to wear is new skeleton watch now! I took an alarm clock here to get a replacement mechanism and hands that would fit it. He threw out the original hands, he cut off the mechanism screw pegs and attached a normal clock mechanism that extended to far to put the clock back together. The first picture is what the back of the clock face should look like with pegs the second picture is what he did to my clock. I can't even put it back together now.

I went there with a music box my young daughter had broke. Evan had looked at it, took it apart quickly and made sure it was back in working order- fast too!He told me to tell my daughter “Happy Christmas “ and didn’t charge me. What a nice guy! I’ll be taking my wife’s small clock back soon for a repair. Strongly recommended!

Ron was extremely fast and knowledgeable. He fixed a high-end watch movement for a very fair price. It was done in 30 minutes. He also helped me fix a super obscure watch band pin problem that even the original manufacturer couldn't help with. Highly recommended.

Mr. Evans replaced the batteries in several G-SHOCK watches while I had lunch. Great price and he didn't have to send them to Ottawa, like some other places wanted to! He's friendly and courteous as well! A+
