Our experience with this company was amazing from the very start. Peter actually apologized to us for being 5 minutes EARLY for our initial consult! So refreshing! He shared his expertise on a number of jobs we had on the go, offering to assist with extra excavating for us to extend our patio, and also recommended a fellow to complete the patio. We instantly felt comfortable with him and confident that we selected the right company to do the work. On Thursday his team arrived to install a new septic tank. Shortly after starting, they came across an issue with a broken machine, and while one fellow rushed off to get parts to repair, the others picked up shovels and continued to work. They never stopped, and worked together as a team in a very impressive way. These guys were very professional, knowledgeable and a pleasure to have on site. They knew what they were doing, and stayed to ensure their job was complete. It was the eve of a long weekend, and at no,point did they rush to go home, in fact they were here until well into the evening, without a single complaint!!! Peter has hired very competent people, that represent Alphaex well. I would NOT HESITATE to recommend them, and would hire them again!!! Our experience with this company was fantastic. The crews they sent were extremely respectful and professional. The concrete is some of the best I've seen. Workmanship was great. On several occasions they went above and beyond our expectations. We were living at our residence during the excavation and pouring of the foundation. They swept our driveway each day (which we greatly appreciated) and when they dumped the gravel to fill in the basement and garage they had the thoughtfulness to create a path to our temporary stairs case and filled in the holes in our driveway just to make life easier for us. All without us even asking! It's saved us from A LOT of mud. Now that's thoughtfulness! Thanks Alpha Ex.

I've recommended Alphaex to several friends since they completed two jobs for me. A small waterproof job, and a large septic tank and bed. They did an awesome job both times, quote was on par with the market, and they really went over and above on the project design which makes a huge difference on home investments.

Alpha Ex did an excellent job for a slab on grade foundation for me for a detached garage. Mostly what impressed me is they showed up when they said they would which can be hard to come by in this industry it seems. If weather prevented them from coming Peter would contact me ahead of time and let me know. Also he was prompt any time we meant and responded to emails and phone calls in a reasonable time. The crew was friendly and professional and the quality of work was great!

This is an outstanding excavation company. They installed a new septic system on my property. It is a difficult site, but they accomplished the job easily and with superb organization.
