I wanted awards for my team that were not run of the mill. I had a fairly tight timeline and Jean Phillipe was extremely helpful. I had a wonderful experience with him and he was able to fulfill my order (even substitute when unexpected backorder) in time! Very helpful, excellent follow up and what felt like quite personal service. I would highly recommend this company!
