Took my 6 month old cockapoo puppy for her first grooming. Came back beautiful. Nice and short trim for summer. Very friendly people and reasonably priced. Would recommend them highly.

I have not used Carla services but I have to say after a bad experience with another grooming service that did not have my appointment booked when I showed up I called Carla and she took the time out of her day to try and recommend some places for me. So a big thanks for amazing customer service and trying to help me out.

Carla is a caring and professional groomer. She is patient and extremely kind. Our pup is fearful and she helped her through her first grooming with compassion and patience. She understands dogs and is a fountain of knowledge. Would highly recommend Carla.

Have been here 2x since moving to kingston in November 2021, the service is amazing, the prices are great and the owners are super friendly. They do amazing work on my dog and she always comes out happy and looking amazing. 100% would recommend to anyone. We keep our dog on an 8 week grooming schedule and this business easily schedules us in as needed. Can't wait for our next visit !

My very old dog had an overgrown nail that had gone into the pad and was causing her a lot of discomfort. I called Graceful Grooming and they had me bring her in the next morning. My dog was treated with such care and respect, that she was not nervous at all. I was so very impressed...there is obviously a great love of dogs here! Thank you so much :)

Amazing service...great people..Chico did awesome...He was very matted and they clipped him right down...He looks and feels like a new dog...Will be returning on a regular basis and also going to take my standard poodle there as well..I live in Bath...well worth the drive

Brought my cat here for a much needed haircut as she was matting. When she was done, Carla reassured me that she didn’t even need a haircut, she had the proper brush to brush her out as I didn’t. Very happy with the results & Carla is super friendly! 10/10 recommend!

I brought my long haired cat in to see Carla today, and would recommend her to anyone. My cat was not on his best behaviour for her but she ended up doing an amazing job brushing out his matts and excess fur and he looks and feels 1000x better than before
