Lots of cute kids clothing with reasonable pricing. Definitely check out this place if you need to find a baby shower gift, or if you have little monkeys of your own.

The older asian lady assistant manager is very unfriendly. Not at all what you’d expect at a childrens clothing store. I understand she may be having a bad day but yeesh. No “Hello How are you”. Bought stuff and no “thank you, have a good day”. Just a “here you go” and she turns away.

One of their staff by the name Clarisse is such an amazing person! She is kind and dedicated to work. Since my first baby was born we've been shopping in Carters few times for baby clothes. She is always being helpful and possesses excellent customer service. Today She went above and beyond, by mistake We forgot to bring extra diapers, She overheard us When I'm talking to my wife about forgetting to bring diapers and Clarisee saves the day and gave us 2 diapers that they have, We super appreciate that. We survived the whole day! I'll definitely recommend this store to my friends!

Other stores in this mall have good discounts. However, this store does not have any great discounts. Prefer to shop online on carters website which offers better deals. Also, the size for infants are not accurate. Eg: clothes with size 6months is small even for a 4 month old.

Amazing staff - they know the stock and what’s available online, and helped me look around the store for some specific things that I wasn’t sure they had. Also helpful when I phoned ahead and had questions about a gift receipt. I am hoping I have an excuse to come back!
