Worked with Sam, who is a specialist and she made the whole experience worthwhile and informative as I learned a great deal even though my AHI is mild it's good to learn. Her and Queenie both helped make the process smooth and they patiently went through the components of the tubes, cleaning, mask and filters. It can be difficult to follow but you receive detailed printouts of both the assessment as well as ongoing reports from the remote app.

At the Gilbert Road location, Nato and Queenie make you feel comfortable in what can be a new and uncomfortable context. Everything is clearly explained and the follow up is reassuring. Alameen explains the billing and accounting well.

This company is fantastic ! I went in with some of the worst sleep apnea my doctor had ever seen and with a very unclear budget. They were able to work with me and find the best fit for me and my needs. I left with a machine that I love and a couple of different breathing pieces. I have been back since for them to service and clean the machine and the employees are always incredibly friendly and kind, easy to deal with, and I will continue to take my apnea needs back to this company in the future when I need a new machine or parts update. 10/10 would recommend

I was fitted for a sleep apnea machine this morning by Samantha Vu. She was professional, articulate and explained my new machine to me, in an easy to understand format. Her professionalism is firsts rate! I highly recommend this company to anyone who needs assistance with their sleep disorder!Further to this posting; my follow-up appointment after my first week showed dramatic improvement in my sleep both in duration and quality.
