Waterfront Road - Lot #1292

The other photos confuse me because this is supposed to be the location of the Impark Parking lot 1292. The location is also incorrect and can be more accurately found on their website. The actual lot is further to the west and south of the road near Miku. Despite being so close, it's quite difficult to get up to street level where all the restaurants are. We came on a weekend. $10 for all day. There is an elevator next to it. Perhaps it is open to the public on weekdays but on weekends, it's locked by key card. The alternative is to go to the seabus station and then take the stairs from there. It probably takes about 10 min to get up to the restaurants. There is so much parking available here because it's relatively inconvenient. Half of the parking is under the building and is covered. The other half is adjacent to the building. It's good if you are looking to save a few dollars but I wouldn't recommend it if you are trying to access the restaurants and don't have much time. The seabus is also annoying because you have to use the compass card to get in and out. It's free if you are in and out in under 15 min though. Also, despite being in such an odd location, I actually did see an Impark car driving around the lot checking cars.

What a scam. I've been trying to get my parking pass cancelled for two months, and they continue to bill me. I've called several times, and in spite of a recipt of cancellation, my credit card continues to get billed. I will never use impark again.

Paid almost $400 to park for a weeklong cruise. If you can find something else for less I would take it. It was convenient but expensive.

The parking loft is clean and has a great view.

Don't park here if you intend to explore Downtown.
