The old man that works downstairs is wonderful. BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!! highly recommend going down to the parts department.

I called a day in advance to check if they would be able to service the brakes on my r the following day, as I was moving in two days. They told me certainly, took my number, and told me to come drop my car first thing in the morning when they open. When I showed up right at 8am, they said there was no way they could do it today, and didn’t even have record of appointment.

My husband and I are costumers in this Canadian tire. We shop there quite often. Today as I came in, I believe the owner asked me to remove my nap sack and leave it on some boxes they have at the entrance of the store totally on an unsafe place. I explained to this man that I will not leave my purse on an insecure place. I also explained I go there quite often to shop, I’m a regular costumer. He did not care. Just insisted that is the store policy. Well, if you have a store policy because you don’t want thieves to steal in your store, at least make sure that you have a place with locks for costumers to safely put their bags. I will never leave my nap sack totally unattended by the entrance. I will not return to this Canadian tire due to their new unsafe store policies.

I went to by the air fryer that was on sale. There was none on the shelf, I asked the associate, and she went up in the warehouse and found me one. I didn't get the girls name, but she was dark skinned with short curly hair. She went above and beyond to help me, and it was so appreciated. Thank you again.

I go here quite often. It is a friendly and convenient Canadian tire in Hamilton.During my last visit, everyone was extremely attentive and wanted to help - the first time for me, I usually had to find and ask for help.It’s hit-and-miss interns of customer service.Usually, Canadian Tire has a return policy for store credit after three months with the receipt, the store does not follow this return policy, and if they do not carry The product, they will return devil decline the return.The store is tiny and packed with products.Everyone is nice overall

I love going into this store, everyone one makes you feel like family. The service you get is amazing. I came in today to buy 2 cans of paint this guy went beyond his job to help me. He carried my paint to the cashier… what a great guy. Very much appreciated that. As I was paying for my stuff I even noticed the cashier was just as nice. I didn’t get to ask her name, but I did ask what was that guy’s name was the service was outstanding. I want to thank Marcus for all your help. If I ever need anything from Canadian Tire this is the only place I will go !!! Great staff !

I live in downtown hamilton. And this place is most close from my house.All the steps who works here are very kind.Last time one step was personly helped me for 20 minutes. But here is some what small.and some parts are in the basement.Anyway I recommend this place.Here are gas stations and auto repair part too.They are very kind too.

Was miss treated, I tried to return a product I had purchased from another store. Others had come in (non colour) who returned products with no issues smooth transaction. I being of coloured was told, I didn’t purchase from this store and was not able to return it. I asked to speak to the manager was who then had to call owner, this was a simple return that took 15 min. Just a made up policy they created to not want to provide me with customer service. I never heard of this, I called head office and I was advised returns can be made at any of our locations. There was no misunderstanding here, as employees of Canadian tire they know their basic policy.

Went here all the time. It's a block away why would I not. After today, I will find better reasons to go elsewhere. The staff at this location have no regard for their customers as they have no regard for the company they work for. They're constantly having personal conversations, the register seems to have 1 open, but 4 employees around it all the time. Don't know what the manager of they place is doing either with how 'lax' it is there.long enough he forgot""
