HORRIBLE SERVICE! I am so disappointed. I'm a regular customer here and today the employee who was working heard my order incorrectly. I wanted a honey black MILK tea and he made a black tea but refused to make a new one. I told him I didn't want the drink but he still wouldn't provide a refund. I'm never coming back to this location because this is absurd. I really hate leaving a bad review but I felt like I was being taken advantage of because they already took my money.

TERRIBLE SERVICE (Saturday, July 8, 2023 at 8:30pm at 435Q North Road location). One male employee and one female employee today gave me the wrong drink. But wouldn’t correct my drink. For a $6 bubble tea they prefer to keep the money rather than remaking the drink to make customer happy. This place will go out of business soon probably. I feel bad for the owner for hiring such uneducated employee. Customer is not their number 1 priority here.

My go to boba shop! Their drinks are always refreshing & delicious. Wish they would add more variety to their menu– overall a good experience with speedy service

It's nice to customize your drink with plenty of choices for a bubble tea lover. I always grab one when I get to this store whether I have an appointment to the life lab or drop off the recycling bottles. Besides they have a spacious room and a warm atmosphere in the store.

Good bubble tea place. Had the Hokkaido hot bubble tea. Wish they didn't have the clear see through lid for hot drinks. I think they should put more seating. It was full and there was room for more seating. Parking is ample. Prices are ok. Not the best though

Dear share tea owner of 435Q North Rd. I am glad you respond to google reviews. As a follow up to Pete Lo and Miss Cinz negative reviews. It doesn’t matter if your cashier double check which is not the case, you were not there when he took the order. There was no such thing as a 2 step of confirmation. We simply just made the order and paid. At the end of the day, we didn’t receive the drink we wanted. It is only one drink, it doesn’t cost much to remake the drink. If you care about your customer, you would remake the drink as per the customers choice of drink. Your cashier who doesn’t speak much English maybe he didn’t understand correctly. No need to say thank you for your review and thank you for your understanding. We will never go back here again and will tell everyone we know not to come here. BAD BUSINESS SERVICE. YOU CAN KEEP THE $6 AND LOSE 10 TIMES THAT.

I am new to the bubble tea world I saw a few bad reviews after trying this place out I had to give my testimony. I tried the cocoa ice cream and pudding and it was one of the best non alcoholic drinks I have ever had… my wife tried the strawberry and lychee and it was awesome as well. I might not know much and maybe there are better places that I am not aware of but for my taste everything was perfect. Great vibe at the place as well. Easy to park. 100% recommend

Their Okinawa milktea is usually decent, but the lack of customization was off-putting. The drink ended up too sweet for me. And they didn't give me same amount of pearls as other location.
