Like many of the other reviews, I think the doctor is really good (Dr. Khatra). He's thorough and considerate, which is what I would want in any doctor. The receptionists could be a bit more kind, as there is zero warmth to any of the interactions. However, having a good doctor trumps that, so I'll rate this 4/5.

Worst receptionists ever. The doctors really need to qualify who they hire. You have to call for 3 hours to get a hold of someone and they don’t do their job, follow up or care about any patients. The doctors get paid too much to not hire qualified people.

Had Dr. Malik and if you are a woman and over weight in anyway you, will be verbally abused. I saw him 2 or 3 times and was called obese at least 3 times per visit incl putting it as a first reason for going on medical EI for kidney stones in both of my kidneys. I say for women because my husband still uses him and he’s only been called obese once.Do better. You’re a friggen dr!!

Was informed when trying to make an appointment for our new baby that my husband is no longer a patient since he hasn’t been in a while. He hasn’t needed care and is healthy so why would he see the doctor unnecessarily? We were hoping to have our baby grandfathered into the clinic since my husband is supposed to be a patient. Now we are left to find another family doctor for my husband and continue looking for the baby. Kind of a ridiculous policy especially considering the state of our world the last few years dealing with a “global pandemic”. Didn’t like this place anyways but we were desperate for care. Doctors were kind and helpful, front desk staff have no interpersonal skills and could care less about you. It’s also impossible to get through on their phone line.

Our doctor is amazing, very human and knowledge.The receptionist are the worst, they will do everything to keep you sick, deny appointments, sometimes you get an earlier app on the website.My son was sick and they said that were no spots or other doctor available because they don't do that for toddlers. that is DISCRIMINATION!If you explain what is your emergency and ask for be in the waitlist they just tell you to go to a walk-clinic. Zero human side.The staff at the pharmacy is the same, they provide an excellent service to their friends and people from their same community, I felt discriminated (yes, again) and they take too long to get your prescription ready.They know that there are few doctors and the receptionist use that to humiliate and control people. Sadly the manager/owner doesn't do anything to fix this.

I have had good experiences with the doctors—no complaints there. It is, however, quite frustrating how long in advance you have to book to see your family doctor. 6 weeks wait time is far too long, and for me, defeats the purpose of having a family doctor. End up having to go to walk ins, hospital or doctor google instead.

Waited over an hour past time of appointment and then after asking how much longer, I was told another half hour. Watched other patients let in that arrived after me. Over heard another patient being told she had to reapply and wait for another day after she had waited longer than I had.

The most unprofessional clinic I’ve ever been to. Staff are rude as ever, the dr stayed in the room while getting changed, her work was sloppy like she wasn’t paying any attention and there booking situation is so brutal. Do not recommend

The people at the front desk are so rude, I couldn't get to 1 appointment with my family Dr. and the staff told me the Dr. refused to treat me as a patient anymore. Is that even legal? They didn't warn me something like that could happen and they just did it.

They praise family wellness but when you want to have your new born baby added to the clinic as a patient along with the rest of the family they DENY and say they’re are not a family doctor clinic. They are doctors for individual people and some people just happen to be on the same family. RIDICULOUS!!!!!!!
