Sales pitch good, after project completion support is bad. Trades installing our windows and siding saved this company. Window measurements were wrong and number of windows incorrect. Our house is over 100 years old, where there were two windows, they delivered and installed one!? Mullions and side supports had to be cut out to fit the oversized, one big window. Totally lost the old character. Final finish was good, thanks to trades but, again, sales team forced them to remove some character from the house. Discount not even offered! There was a long delay, about 3 months, between order and start of work but once started, finishes fast due to the trades. Siding is gorgeous. Great install as well.Make sure you get a copy of your sales/purchase report BEFORE first payment. INSIST that all verbal promises are WRITTEN on sales contract. Don't take no for an a answer or just go elsewhere.Window parts support/replacement after install, 1 year later, is NON-EXISTENT. Keep this In mind before buying.

On time and professional they were one of the few companies in the area that did financing. They also showed up on short notice after we had a leak in the roof and repaired it the same day even though they had to do it in the rain.

I needed our roof done and contacted AM to come look. They were able to show up and give me an estimate very quickly. I agreed with their price and the project was completed with great workmanship and was amazed how fast they were able to complete it. There was good communication throughout the job, and the new skylights look great!Awesome work!

I can not say enough when trying to decide who to use it can be tough. There are alot of companies out there so picking a reputable one is so important from the initial call to the salesman and installers you can tell they care and have it figured out. Id give them 10 starts if that were an option.Thank you AM definitely recommend!!!!!!!!!!!

I would be very careful and make sure you get separate quotes for each project you are doing! I made the mistake of getting a quote for 2 items, a large picture window and a sky light. I was originally given a price for the skylight and it was so reasonable I asked them to quote my window. Then they put both items onto 1 quote but didn’t itemize them quote, it just had a single total. They went ahead and installed the skylight while they were working on the details of the window. Well, it turns out the window was too large and they couldn’t do it. Now that the window wasn’t being done I went to settle my invoice; they backed the window out of the total and my skylight was significantly more than the price originally quoted to me. I reached out to the sales person who gave me the price of the window which was much more than they had reduced my invoice by; it took me a month of trying but I finally spoke with their manager and I said to him “total quote/invoice - window = skylight”. They refused to honour the original price. I ended up paying over 1/3 more for the skylight than I was originally quoted.So, again, my advice, get separate quotes, in writing, for anything you want done. I was extremely frustrated and disappointed with their pricing tactics.They do deserve 1 star (not that you can leave 0) because the skylight is great. Just upset that I ended up over paying for it!

I was able to use this company for roof installation and attic ventilation. Since I have had many compliments on the look of my roof and my heating bills have improved through the winter.

My roof had a leak, so I called Jeff Wilcox (General Manager AM Group) for an evaluation and estimate. The leak was around one of my plumbing vent pipes. The fix involved removing the old flashing and replacing a few of the old shingles to prevent leakage. I also had them replace a second vent pipe flashing for good measure, and I’m glad that I did, because AM Group did a professional job, it was done right! They matched 17-year-old discontinued shingles perfectly with no damage to the existing shingles around the fix. They were quick and did a really professional job. The new shingles overlapped the flashing covering the screws holding the flange in place, and a thick bead of silicone was laid along the edge of the overlapping shingles.Screws are better than nails – nails pop and loosen over time allowing water to get into your house. The screws also have a rubber washer under the head of the screw – added insurance from water infiltration. So triple protection! Better than what I had built for me on my new house 17 years ago.They also took the time to protect my eavestroughs from any ladder damage. I’ve found the quality that I was looking for and I’ll call again if I need repairs in the future.Thanks Jeff and crew!

Met at sarnia home show - had mike come out to do an estimate. Great price and had stock of roofing colour. Customer service for setting up the actual install wasn't great, the office just keeps pushing off date over 2 months. Finally had installers show up and they were great guys, kept a clean site and polite. Its now been just under a year with new roof, found out there is a leak and a animal in my attic - customer service (contacting for over a month) again won't get back to me to have someone come out and look at issue - under 1 warranty???I don't know if i could recommend company because of lack of customer service.

I would like to post about one particular worker named Donny. Today after that massive snowstorm right before Christmas, I was driven into a ditch after my brakes stopped working from the snow and the ice. Tow trucks were too busy to get me and a few passerby were trying to help me to no avail. Donny had seen me and circled back, getting my car out of the ditch. He was super sweet and calmed me down as I was on the verge of tears from the incident as I had never been on an accident prior to this. Just from this interaction alone, if I ever had any work I would come here right away. I've given their names to multiple coworkers already who were looking for possible work done, and would highly recommend their services of their employees like Donny are as community driven. 10/10, Merry Christmas Donny

The people there and services are great. They have done cold/hot insulation for my home. I am very happy and content the job done for my home. I am thankful and grateful!
