In Guatemala we have our version of Dollarama, we call it Dollar City and it's really ok, but in here you tend to find soooooo much more stuff than in guatemala, and not all the Dollaramas are built the same, there are some with so much more stuff to buy in them.

I used to feel comfortable shopping in this branch. Today, as I was fixing my gloves getting ready to head out after paying at the counter, their security guard came up very close to me.It was unnecessary and initimidating.

Your typical Dollarama - lots of stuff to choose from that you need and don't need. Usually not very busy which makes it easier to shop. Wide aisles and the store is very clean. Handicap accessible where many on lower levels aren't. Staff are friendly, helpful and efficient.

The staff are usually very friendly and helpful. The store is small compared to the average Dollarama in my opinion. It doesn't always have all the items I go in for but I always find something to buy. Some items should definetely be alot cheaper than they are. It's usually not very busy so you have alot of time in the store without having to pass by other customers. It could be bigger and have more items. I would shop her again.

This new location is very nice. The staff are kind and it is very well stocked. They have a variety of merchandise including bbq, camping, gardening and cycling supplies along with the Dollarama standards such as food, toys and crafts. Happy to support this business because they started at this location in January 2020. It’s rough out there right now and this location deserves some love.

I was walking by this location and went in for a couple items. This is a pretty typical Dollarama-nothing different than other locations. Off-putting were the staff stocking shelves; one who seemed to really want to be mean and miserable. I was looking for something where they were working. If they didn't want customers there they should have just said so instead of taking a customer shopping as an opportunity to be rude. Why don't they stock other times, or learn how to stock shelves without making a mess? If they don't like their job, work somewhere else.

Check you recite as they scan things twice, intentionally. I have seen staff engage in a physical violence with eachother and the police were called. On another visit I saw a staff accuse a lady of stealing, she was angry and embarrassed and there was a lot of yelling. Also broken products are put in the front so they can sell them instead of throwing them out. One lady asked for an exchange after paying for something and she hadn't even left the store. They gave her a hard time about exchanging t. Now I shop at the dundas location where the staff is honest and drama free.

4 stars as it isn't wheelchair accessible. Otherwise, very organized, clean, and great selection. I went in for an agenda, and of course ended up getting more than planned. Friendly staff, and quick checkout.

Did not have most of the basic things i went for. I will walk 20 min to the other one in my area next time.
