Horrible experience trying to buy auto insurance from Asad today. I've been going to this shop for years and Scott and Gungeet are fantastic to deal with. Unfortunately Scott isn't there anymore and Gungeet wasn't working today so I was stuck with Asad.First thing he does when I walk in is point to his chair. No hello, no professional greeting or nothing. Just a point to his chair.I then mentioned that I wanted to renew my auto insurance and Asad's response was, drivers license". Once again lacking any professional customer service.He did have a sign saying that he was in training

Met with Havilah (in training) to renew my car insurance. Because it involved a special plate and other issues she took the time to make sure things were done right. She was very friendly, knowledgeable and and asked for help appropriately when learning how to do something new. She explained everything she was doing and answered all my questions.Great employee. Hope to deal with her again when I renew my other vehicles.
