I have ordered two potato veggies via mobile order and they gave it half of the veggies in quantity. Its is really unacceptable.

The staff is quite slow and unexperienced. Took around 15 minutes to get 2 drinks.Overall location is easily accessible. A bit small.However the customer service was good. They were friendly and courteous.

The service is horrible here. The 3 girls would rather laugh and talk, than serve the people in line. Then their friends came in and they started serving them at the side of the counter. Plus, I ordered 2 French vanilla coffee and they were disgusting. I didn't think you could mess up this drink. It was so watered down. Plus, what is the reason of wearing a mask if it is under your nose !!! If, I could 0 stars I would. I will travel the extra distance and go to the champlain location.

I just came from India And i visited this tim hortons ! i saw Indian Girls but their behaviour is like unbelievable I feel very uncomfortable in front of them they have no manners how to talk and deal with customers! please change the Evening staff if this tim wants to be continue in futurethank you so much to the staff for their worst service i know the name of that girl but don’t want to tell you all because i have manners i am not like them

A group of 5 friends went for dine in.Ordered 5 drinks and 4 wraps.We were talking to each other.A girl working named SIMRAT came to us and without any greeting screamed IT'S CLOSED.I understand that we are not allowed to sit inside its store rules we respect it.But there should be a courtesy while talking to the customers.We are a regular customer from Lasalle.Please improve your customer service.

I’m a regular at this tim Hortons and it has not changed what so ever. Service is ok but it’s really just the preparation that’s the issue there is always a mistake every time I order it’s been only as of recent that there is always a minor inconvenience every time I eat here but still starts to get annoying

Just ordered wrap, came with no meat, ask for a specific bread with extra bacon, not right bread and no extra bacon. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE, DONT GO HERE!

I had a terrible experience at this locationThe food was cold and had a funny test , when I complain and asked to talk with the manager, a big guy by name Tony , who claimed to be the owner, told me to live if I am not pleased with the food, he was xtremly rude and disrespectful, and very aggressive, please , avoid this location, the next day , I felt sick to my stomach from the food and the treatment I received as a customer
