Englobe Corp.

The team at Englobe are very professional and qualified for the work they do. The Englobe branch in North Bay conducted soil and water sampling for our small spill. The Englobe branch in Sudbury was involved with coordinating clean-up efforts and the reporting process. Englobe does not conduct the lab testing themselves, nor do they conduct spill clean-up. The sampling completed by their North Bay office and was timely and professional. The reporting was completed by personnel at their Sudbury office and my feelings were that the report was not completed in a timely manner. Englobe sub-contracts all of the spill-clean up to third party contractors. I felt that the reporting and clean-up process was very slow and highly over-priced. More communication was necessary in this case and almost every communication was prompted by us as the customer. I would not recommend this firm for those reasons.
