Don’t be fooled by the unpretentious outside albeit with a nice patio, the foods great and service was excellent. I had the vegetarian noodle soup and my husband had the pork chop with glaze. Desserts were excellent - great Angel cake berry dessert and ice cream sandwich got a big thumbs up from the ice cream addict. Two thumbs up from me for the great selection of iconic music which will have you tapping along.

Visited 2 doors Down while in Dartmouth on the way to the airport to have dinner. We had the Old School Smash Burger and added bacon. We also had parm fries as the side and they were delicious. We also had the seafood chowder. The seafood chowder was really good.. with no shortage of seafood, which I appreciated! I’d definitely encourage anyone to have their smash burgers because they were amazing!! The service was also excellent.. our waiter was very attentive and helpful.

After a long day of shopping we stopped by for lunch. One of the first places we've eaten at in Nova Scotia, after moving from BC. We were pleasantly surprised at both the proportions and the quality of a west coast classic like a shrimp taco. Don't let the Californians know you have them beat.My dish was the Scallop & Tomato Spaghettini, again I have to say I was blown away but the depth of flavor and how wonderfully well grilled the scallops were on the outside.The First Frost cider made a perfect pairing for this hot August afternoon.You'll find the staff here has hustle and kindness in them, lovely place to relax and enjoy a meal.

Our first visit to 2 Doors Down was during Burger Week. It was a pleasant surprise that they actually had four options to choose from! My husband and I both opted for The Smokehouse. I was a bit disappointed that at 5pm they were already sold out of onion rings - I had been so excited to try them. However, I did end up having their tomato basil soup and it was excellent - I would go back for that soup alone. For $10 on the menu, I do hope it's a bit larger of a serving as a stand alone item (vs a side to a burger). My husband said this was the best burger of burger week so far (we've tried four already). The smoke flavour in the bacon is unbelievable and the balance of flavours is spot on. Service was relatively fast for a busy Friday night - our server was very friendly, just busy. We weren't able to get their attention to get refills on our beverages but that's not a deal breaker for us. Their burgers are $19-$21 which includes a side which we felt was very reasonable for the quality. We will definitely return another time to try out their regular menu!

Delicious. Did the dine around menu and it was superb! A little pricey, so didn't end up getting a cocktail. Will be back to try regular menu items as it was hard deciding between many entrees.Was a little cold/drafty sitting by the window, so sitting farther in the back would have been more cozy.

My mother took me out for lunch for my birthday this afternoon, the food was amazing and so was the atmosphere. But I'm writing this review to say how lovely our waitress was, I wish I got her name. I'm not a huge dessert person so I wasn't over the moon about the dessert selection (my personal preference) but she brought me out 2 cookies with whip cream and was just the sweetest person ever. Will be back for sure :)

Different kind of style of food. What I'm used to getting. Other than that was not too bad. Everybody there was nice and friendly and made us comfortable. Kids love mac and cheese

On a whim AND during Burger Week, friends and I landed here for lunch after some shopping. I loved the Halifax location so I knew this one would be equally amazing... and we were not disappointed. Great food (never miss out on your chance to have their famous biscuits!), great service, and happy with the Covid protocols in place. We will be back again soon to check out more items on the menu.

So we dropped in for lunch and decided to sit inside as it was still a little cool outside. I grabbed a lager as we were deciding what to order. My wife decided on the Thai bowl and I had the seafood chowder with molasses bread. The chowder was good and so was the beer. My wife didn't finish her bowl because the flavor was just too overpowering. She struggled past the third bite. I was good, just too much of it. The servers seemed to be somewhat new, but they were good and made it an excellent experience. This is the second time we have frequented this location and will return for sure.
