Do yourself a favour and stay far away from this company. Not only was the garage door that I ordered in terrible shape for paying a premium" to get exactly what I wanted

UPDATE a part was on factory backorder the job is now done really well. The tech that came was a professional.

Had a broke spring, garage door was inoperable and they knew it. I had to pay $1100 for 2 new springs and cables. Unknown at the time a nut/bolt was stripped and causing a gap in the weather stripping on an insulated door. I called several times for help, and emailed them only to have my # blocked. never got any return call or email reply. I would never recommend these guys. Other companies would have done it for less than half the cost.

Very good experience. Office help was very polite and professional and the installer done and did a great job. New door looks great.Highly recommend.

Amazing experience with Premium Garage Doors! They were able to come same day to fix our garage door that was not opening and at a good price. Our technician Mike was extremely helpful able to solve our problem quickly.

Company payment method is weird taking payments before the get the job done and they never show up and reply for unfinished job . Very disappointed. I called few time but never get any positive response now have to figure out myself how to solve issue . So take extra caution if you planning to give them job for install the Garage door . And they are not cheap about prices . Never ever pay them before job done .

Ordered in July 22 last year but due to a mixup the original wood door was sold to a different client which resulted in a longer delay and some frustration. However the company made good on their promise, provided an alternative solution at their earliest opportunity and delivered as promised. The replacement order was a lower price and to make up for the difference , not only did this company rebate cost differences but provided new complete parts, a new and upgraded door opener with full remotes and did an excellent job of installation, quick efficient and on time. They delivered within the window of promised arrival, did the job and a thorough cleanup
