I came here recently for an appointment, when I was leaving my appointment a custodian who is employed here made me very uncomfortable. He was continually trying to talk to me as I was trying to get to the main floor, then when I got down there he was also there and tried talking to me again even though I was on the phone.Weird and creepy guy, he was wearing glasses and a hat, talking about how long he’s been working here and where his past employment was, when I never asked or initiated the conversation.

I have to have my blood drawn every couple months and this is my favorite LifeLabs in the area (and I've been coming here for many years now). Staff is always very kind and, even when the waiting room is full, everything goes quickly and smoothly. It really means a lot to be treated kindly when you're not feeling well, and the staff here gets that and tries to make you comfortable. I always get my results within a day or two.

Quickest lab in barrie its a walk in walk out kinda wait. I have to get bloodwork done once a month for accutane and i went to wellington once and they butchered me and it took 3 needles when i only needed one and hit a nerve and had pain for a month and a massive bruise. This location no matter who helps you they are always gentle and kind. Going here from now on!!! 5 stars!!! Give it 100 if i could.

Next to the RVH complex this is a very busy place. Appointments are strongly recommended. Staff is helpful but quite rushed. I think it is simply because of the volume of patients they have. Parking is always a problem.
