I've been to this store many times. The staff are very professional and adaptable. You can tell that the staff and the manager think about what makes sense for the company and the customer when they make decisions. They're also very knowledgeable. I thought I knew what I wanted and they mentioned to me that there was actually a detail that I hadn't picked up on and it actually changed what I ended up buying. They made less commission as a result but it was the best option for me. Over the years, TELUS has become less customer-friendly as an organization but this location has maintained the original TELUS spirit.

Went in last week and spoke to someone, they told me it would better to call 611 and then return with an offer on my account as my phone is due back by July 9th. So I did that and return back to the store tonight and Raveen greeted me. He looked up my account and when I asked him when did your pricing change and explained I was here last Thursday. He said yesterday and I said I was told to call telus to get the new phone details and come back but they weren't willing to honour the pricing they had when I was there last. (Keep in mind I been to this store 3 times in the month of june) so Raveen then told me to call telus and come back. After I asked for Raveens name he then offered to help me. The worst customer service I ever received. I also feel because i wasn't asian and a mom with a child, I was treated differently, and that is not right. My money is the same value as everyone else. I've been to the store many times and have observed how other individuals are treated. Sales people walk up to the individual and then start speaking to them in another language.Where the service i received was him yelling from his desk whats your number? Hong was the other employee that sat back and watched it all happen. It wasn't until I asked the employees their names did they actually want to help me but by then they realized i was going to report the poor customer service and there was no saving this interaction. Totally disgusting

Just look for Mike he is the best in terms of customer service. Me and my wife are happy that he helped us with our problem.He explains everything and very detail and on what we need. He is very knowledgeable and reasonable.

The staff there went above and beyond in setting us up with upgrades and worked on giving us the most efficient plans without any upselling.

Brought my own phone to get a new plan and was in and out in less than 30 minutes. Staff was really fast and helpful and have many suggestions on how to reduce my monthly bill. Very helpful!They were out of stock for all of the Nexus phone accessories.

I’ve been shopping around for a better phone plan. Honestly all the providers have complicated rules, and I had a difficult time making a decision. I was lucky to have Michael helped me explaining everything, in a very patient way. He helped me mix and match to fit my complicated needs. I finally get my things done and just want to say thank you to Michael.

Wonderful experience from the whole team ! I came in there to ask a question about my account . I was greeted by the manager and he was funny as well as knowledgeable. Offered me an upgrade and even activated my son on a student plan. While I was there I observed the reps giving great service to a couple of families. If you’re looking for great service and sound advice come to this location , you won’t be disappointed !

By far the worst customer service. Lady picks up the phone just says hello. I asked her for promotions on iPhone rudely stated we don’t have any and just stayed silent. Absolutely rude and driving clients away. This happened just a few moments ago.
