Christmas Trees

We had a very memorable experience picking our tree this year. Dave and Jim were super helpful, they encouraged my kids to pull out and admire as many trees as they wanted until we found the perfect one. Then they suggested we play hide and seek in the maze of trees, we all had so much fun. The kids even got to pick out a mini tree to take home along with our 6ft one! The big fire pit just adds to the experience. Big thanks for making our night special!

9.5’ tree was purchased on December 19th, staff was very friendly but I felt quite gouged after paying $170 for this very thin tree. We thought it would drop but after following the staffs direction of waiting 3 hours and then placing it into the stand with water. 3 days later and you can’t touch the tree without a bunch of needles falling off. Cannot wrap lights on the tree because it would make way too many needles fall off. Purchased a tree last year in British Columbia that was 100x better for $100 that is in the second photo.

Came to this tree lot last night and saw the staff give a free tree to a single mom with two kids (I only know the details because I was next to them in line as the exchange happened). Awesome place, really great atmosphere and well kept. Would recommend.

This place is a big disappointment. The trees are labeled as organically grown" which is a big selling feature

Purchased a beautiful full tree Dec 2, 2022 - 7ft costing $170 delivered to Elbow Park. Decorated and watered it. Tree would not drink the water. Kept checking water daily. By Dec 16th, the tree was completely dry and turning brown fast. By Dec 25th, the tree was untouchable, pine needles were falling off and tree ornaments were falling due to drooping. We could not add all the presents under the tree. Today Boxing Day, it’s a mess. Brown drooping tree and needles everywhere. Forced to remove the tree and remove decorations. First time in tree history to be forced to remove a tree the day after Christmas. Children upset. Magical house lights removed. Whole Family disappointment.

Not recommending this place. We had purchased a tree for the 2nd time from them and both times where not able to enjoy the tree past 2 weeks upon purchase. I should have listened to my gut feeling when a package of tree vitamins was placed on the counter by the attendant without a mention of the cost, then when I asked about it was told that it would be an add on to the purchase even though I had bought one of the highest ticketed Special Trees.Sad really, because the lot is well kept, the variety of trees is really nice and the tree staff was nice initially until I returned to question them about why the tree did not last as promised. The first year we purchased a tree we decided not to complain thinking that we may have done something wrong (not enough water, close to a heater, and so forth). This time the tree was kept away from the heater and was treated precisely to their recommendation with the same outcome.I was treated very poorly upon my return, without even expecting a full refund. I was yelled at by the manager using cuss words and who did not wear a mask while attending to me. I am put off by the quality of the trees and by the customer service I received post purchase.

Family and I went in on Wednesday night, we were greeted upon entering the lot and were explained the different varieties of trees they carry. Douglas fur , and 3 other specialty trees. When asked why are they specialty trees it was explained that they were a premium tree from a tree farm grown for Christmas trees from Quebec. We purchased one of the specialty trees and were given food for the tree. When we got the tree home it was the most gorgeous tree I ever seen and it smelt soo good! Staff was so friendly and helpful. We will be coming back for the rest of the years ! Thank you so much.

Lots of selection and beautiful trees. We asked what trees were in each section and made a point of selecting a regular balsam fir, but then when paying were told we had selected a special tree" which I assume meant organic? It cost $150 so let's hope it's special! I would appreciate the prices being more clear."

Beautiful fresh full Christmas trees at this lot. Excellent knowledgeable service. We picked up a beautiful Balsam Fir but they also had gorgeous Douglas Fir Christmas trees. Please drop by and support this local business owner from our community. Our home now smells like Christmas.

Great experience shopping for a tree with Dave and his team! A cute fireplace to warm up and take a nice family photo by. There are lots of trees to choose from, and they smell super fresh! Definitely recommend anyone who is looking for a great Christmas tree from an honest place!
